Full warning, for reasons explained in filler epsiodes dont expect to see Kaikoen blue used in this arc. The reason is that its drawbacks are currently to severe to be used in anything other than "Welp I'm gonna die anyway" scenarios.
In reality, them having Kaioken around would have made anyone but Goku useless in the fight, including Vegeta, because even Black could have used it. So it was forgotten until conveniently later on you know when. In reality Goku had multiple times when he should have used it, for example speed blitzing Black when they revealed how he killed his family. Quick Kaioken to destroy Black and the others could have dealt with Zamasu, as he wasn’t nearly as strong.

So we never seen this in the anime, but in the manga Black actually goes SSJ2. It looks sick with the dark outfit and blonde hair. Also like I said in another video, in the manga, we see God a lot in this saga. Vegeta fight Black multiple times with it. I’d even argue that in this saga, Vegeta is smarter in the manga as he figured out a way to keep his energy from running out.
In dragon ball Xenoverse 2, for some reason, when Black transformed, he became British.

Hi it's a suggestions. DBS 2 is still a long time away. A lot means a lot. When a thing becomes very old then it is no longer hyped and enjoyed as much. That's why I'm suggesting you to read DBS manga after you finish the anime. And the new arc that is coming in the manga is very exciting. Also if you don't read DBS manga then you will miss a lot of things which was better than the DBS anime.And there are 2 more reasons why I suggested it, that the DBS anime was not accurate to the manga and that the manga was better than the DBS anime. And I don't think they'll ever keep the anime accurate to the manga. Because they never did that.

*spoiler or not* so Black gets Zenkai boost everytime he is hit which makes him stronger. @Don Townsend this makes black a strong foe to deal with. Imagine you were facing yourself in a 1v1 fight and all of a sudden as you beat up your evil self he gets stronger. the zenkai is like a way to unlock more power of the sayian. black never really had power of a sayian unless he fought someone who transferred power into him. (again someone can easily correct me if I am wrong inside the reply section)
