He didn't want any credit for it so he was credited as David Gray.
One thing to note is that a lot of the titles for each episode spoil what’s gonna happen in the episode. Like the title of the second episode mentioned Goku Black’s true identity. And majority of the episodes in the Tournament of Power is also gonna have that problem of titles spoiling the episode

Honestly, I’d say that the GOKU black is Zamasu twist is one of the best in DB aside from SSJ, SSJ2, and Ultra Instinct.
