Pros and cons to both. You need to get the ball low at the release regardless (definitely more leg bend needed for most two-handers). Bowling one-handed adds a thumb release into the mix, and it's definitely easier to create revs bowling two-handed. I wouldn't necessarily call one 10× easier than the other.
