The size difference of the fandu is an illusion. The WWE and WCW replicas have almost no curve whereas the fandu is curved as it should be so when you place the fandu on top of a WWE/WCW replica it appears slightly smaller because of the curve

Next to the WWE WHC, they look to be the same size. I think the WCW Version 1 only looks bigger because the plate is flat. I think if you were able to curve the plate, the sizes would be similar. I'm hoping Fandu starts making other belts as well. I'd love for them to do the Big Eagle.
The WWE logo on top of the Big Gold automatically ruins the belt for me. I really disliked how WWE had to "stamp" a classic belt as its own. For me the true Big Gold is the Crumrine version.

Nice! Fandu belts are definitely the way to go. The wife and I finally got our own Backlund and both Fandu belts we have are probably our favorites of the 22 we have.
I have your "edge belt as well as the LUXE edition. The main plate is a little smaller than the Luxe edition. It is also not curved it's domed. The Luxe edition is curved. You can see the difference.. You guys should get the Fandu Luxe, they call it the holy grail..lol. It comes either in two tone or all gold with a real leather strap. It's the most impressive replica you'll ever see.
Fandu they can't be the exact specifications or they'll get sued that's what I was told by them so they have to scale them down just a bit but still they're good belts and one day I want to get one

Best estimate is that the fandu big gold's plates are about 15% smaller in diameter, but are much, much thicker and the belt probably weighs at least a couple pounds more than the WWE big gold.
No. I normally just get belts from wwe shop, and loved the fandu too much not to get one(now we have the Backlund as well.) Not saying one day I won't check them out, but right now I've been happy getting our belts from where we've been getting them.

The straps are the ugliest and the worst I like that real leather like my Ring of Honor title and my Prestige heavyweight title those are real gold leather straps and I love the stiff straps because those don't bend and make the creases or ever damage.

Yeah they are pretty much the same height. WWE one looks stretched as well as flat.
I'm a huge fan of WCW and Sting so to me I think of flair vs. Sting when I see the big gold belt.
