i think biotic is categorised into 3
autotrophs(producers),heterotrophs(consumers),saprotrophs(decomposers).
heterotrophs are further divided into 3 types herbivores,carnivores,omnivores.
and another type of producers and consumers which are extremely small I.e.planktons
planktons are of 2 types phytoplanktons(microscopic aquatic plants) and zooplanktons(microscopic aquatic animals).
