DO NOT watch Bad Batch until you finish Clone Wars. It takes place directly afterwards and has massive spoilers for some of the characters, i.e. this character isn't dead, so there's no tension when watching them in Clone Wars.
Dooku was arguably the greatest swordsman in the entire Jedi Order, bro was that guy. Trust me.

Dooku become Sidious's apprentice right after he killed Yaddle, after this he had left the Order and had been given Sith name Darth Tyranus
Sidious couldn't took Dooku as sith apprentice before because of Rule of two, there can only be two Sith, no more, no less, so as soon as Maul been defeated on Naboo, Sidious already knew who will be the replacement

it is very important to finish the clone wars first Before you move on to things like the bad batch or Mando S2 or the last two episodes of Tales of the Jedi
What I’d recommend moving forward is finish Clone Wars entirely and if you want finish Season 1 of Mandalorian… but do not continue until you finish Clone Wars and Rebels. Then sometime after Clone Wars, watch Bad Batch and the last two episodes of Tales of the Jedi. After you see Rebels, you should be ready to watch the rest of Mandalorian, then Ahsoka, then Andor.
Whenever you want to, I also recommend watching Star Wars Visions, they hired multiple animation companies, season 1 is mostly anime companies to make one-shot episodes, they’re REALLY good…
Then on May 4th this year we get Tales of the Empire
I like Dooku's back story more than the rest of the Tale of The Jedi show.
Watching these before finishing Clone Wars is like watching the prequels before the originals.

I could of decided to watch it in that order but I decided to watch the OT 1st, Then the PT then I watched the clone wars seasons 1-6. I'm trynna watch starwars in release order and I'm watching Rebels S3 rn. I'm excited for Clone Wars s7 from the clips I've seen it's really good.

Episode 2 shows Obi-Wan going to the library and trying to find Kamino, but he couldn’t because Dooku was the one that deleted it. Kamino was the facility that was creating the clone army.
24:30 so the reason mace is saying Katri (the dead jedi) would have helped/lis ye ned is cause she was part of the council so she can do whatever she wants to complete the mission while dooku and himself at the time weren’t so they had to stick to the rules

DON PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FINISH THE CLONE WARS FIRST! The Clone Wars is like the main show that other shows spin off of. Watching Tales, Bad Batch, even Rebels will spoil what’s to happen in later episodes of Clone Wars.
Honestly the safest shows to watch without spoiling or needing context for other shows is Andor, Visions (not canon but very good watch) and maybe Obi Wan Kenobi. Theres also a few games which are very good and don’t spoil any of the shows or need added context, Jedi Fallen Order and its sequel Jedi Survivor!
Dooku deleted the kamino file 10 years before the clone wars to stop any Jedi from finding out about the creation of the clone army sooner than palpatine wishes. (Kamino is the planet with the long necked aliens that cloned the army). In the second movie (attack of the clones) we see obi wan looking for this planet in the archives and he finds no mention of it because of dooku. Dooku also enters the vault using the credentials of a jedi master called sifo diyas which worked with him to create the army for palpatine. More on his story is in the clone wars

Not really a spoiler: that planet in episode 3, Raxus, became the capital of the Separatist Alliance. It is to the CIS what Coruscant is to the Republic
You'll see it again in Clone Wars
Yoda taught Doku, Doku taught Qui-Gon Jinn, Qui-Gon Jinn taught Obi-Wan, Obi-Wan taught Anakin, Anakin taught Ahsoka.
Also, what you brought up with Jedi "problems " is the whole reason why they fall! As Yoda says the Jedi have lost their way! To me, the point of the clone wars is to show how different but similar Jedi and Sith are!
And well as you see in Clone Wars Ahsoka was taught by many Jedi Masters and learned from all of them because they were in war time!

Master Yaddle was around 3-400 years younger than Yoda so she didn't have as much lightsaber experience. She mainly was considered a master because she (and the entire race) is very strongly attuned to the force.

Yes, that was count dooku. He used to be in The Jedi Order but left after sensing what Palpatine was, along with seeing things like that in the republics wake. He thought that they were failing the people. Thats why he joined the Separatists. To Separate. Thats also why him and obi and Anakin arent friends but they aren't too rude to eachother when they see eachother.
the part when yaddle lifted that gate was amazing... it was like telling dooku it's never too late to come back to the light.

30:15 in episode 2, the whole precedent for the clone wars was the creation of the Clone army. Yoda says only a Jedi could have deleted Kamino from the archives. Dooku was that Jedi and deleted it to stop the Jedi from learning about the clones too early.

Finish The Clone Wars before you watch anything else, it has so many plot points that are important to other shows and there are plenty of things that can be spoiled by watching other shows such as The Bad Batch and Tales of the Jedi before TCW. Rebels is another very important show for a number of different series but it's not as imperative as TCW

Whatever you do, do not watch bad batch until after clone wars. It is a sequel to clone wars that follows many clone wars characters

Things are released to fill in the lore that has already been teased and shown. We always wondered when Dooku went astray. We always wondered who Master Yaddle was, now we know a bit more.
You will want to watch Rebels before you watch the rest of this series. You will want to watch Clone Wars s7, too.
Mando and Ahsoka, Andor… those shows have some nice cameos, but you won’t appreciate them as much without watching Rebels and Clone Wars.

So Anakin didn't have a dad, he was basically created by the force to bring it back into ballance. I think thats right anyway. It may have been Sidious and Plagous who used the force to create him aswell

Don, just to let you know, Dooku did not get consumed by the dark side like Anakin, He joined the Separatists (The Sith) for political reasons because he believed the Jedi Order was becoming too arrogant and corrupt.
The last episodes have major spoilers for the clone wars and the Bad Batch takes place directly after the clone wars so finish it first

Dookus Story really hurts because he saw the jedi lost their original intentions but he wanted to get back to those roots with the wrong measures. For me probably the best jedi after Qui-Gonn because he saw early the point which is going to lead to the downfall of the jedi

It is well known, atleast for true starwars fans, that Palpatine influenced the birth of Anakin. So, in some way, he is his father. He influenced his creation, his upbringing and his later turn to the dark side.

really 1, 5, 6 should be watched after Clone Wars for Ahsoka's backstory and post-Clone War spoilers, and ep. 2, 3, 4 are all Pre-Phantom Menace except 3 which takes place during and just after Phantom Menace. (edit: 2, 3, 4 are all very much about Dooku's relationship with Qui Gon, the corruption in the Senate, and the complete blindness and ignorance of the Jedi Council.)

Who told you you should've watched Tales before Clone Wars? That is not necessary at all. In fact, it's better to watch it after Clone Wars as 1 of the episodes jumps forward in time to the end of the Clone Wars
