The only things I haven’t seen is new season of the bad batch, I’ve seen about half of rebels cos i stopped watching when I was a kid but I know the important parts. That’s pretty much the only stuff I haven’t seen

Fun fact: In Episode 2, Qui-Gon Jinn is voiced by Liam Neeson’s son, Michaél.
Qui-Gon in a lot of ways represents the kind of path the Jedi are supposed to be on. He’s the one that’s the most compassionate. But he has no ambition to be part of the council. He feels he can’t do what he needs to do if he’s a part of that. That thinking and that philosophy is from what Dooku taught him. Dooku was a free-thinker and was looking out for people.

I was nothing short of ecstatic upon the release of this show. I have always felt that Count Dooku is easily one of the most underrated and intriguing characters in Star Wars. Clone Wars fleshed him out as one of my favorite villains, but this show with only a few short episodes fleshed him out even further to a more complex character than we originally thought over 20 years ago in Attack of the Clones. Thank you for the reaction Matty!

This was made by the same people that made The Clone Wars and it shows. It's one of the few star wars things we've gotten recently that wasn't in some way ruined by Disney.

Though I like episode 6 of this show, I think it's still sad that it basically retconned (aka speedrunned + heavily changed) the entire Ahsoka book.

The voice actor for Dooku sounds like he’s doing an Alan Rickman impression lol. Not a criticism. Just an observation.
100% agreed. If Rickman and Lee had a baby, that’s what it sounds like. Some lines were VERY Alan Rickman.
That would be Corey Burton. He’s also Cad Bane, Shockwave in the original Transformers, Brainiac in the DCAU, and the current voice of Captain Hook, Ludwig Von Drake, and the Ghost Host for Disney films, shows, and rides.

i just really liked the dooku ep's, what did they retcon?
@@mattyreacts Anakin witnessing Yaddle's death when she sacrifices herself adding significantly to his fear of death. "Even a star can die" complete waste of her character to do some random suicide mission instead of warn the council. Dooku and Qui Gon stuff was cool but for him to just flat out murk yaddle is so out of character.
