My husband and I have been watching your Videos for a while and we have found them so pleasant and happy. And your family works together so nicely. And today we found out why! Noticed the cart. Nice work brothers.
Learnt a lot from today's video as usual. I'd like to see a Veggie Boys (and Girls) cookbook, featuring all the lunch and dinner recipes as well as the preserves!
I agree with L R. It is nice to have narration from Matt and Brian. They really seem comfortable sharing knowledge in front of the camera. Thank you for sharing your world. See you in the next one.
Those potatoes being harvested sure brought back good memories. We hooked 100lb bag around our waist ,drug it between our legs& threw potatoes into bag as we moved forward. Good thing I was in my 20's- I sure couldn't do it today at 75 yrs old. It was fun though
Andrew you guys have some huge pumpkins . They are gorgeous . . Matthew you are be coming a natural with the camera . Also let's not forget Grandpa and your amazing grandmother ! Love the video !
Oh my goodness, I just KNEW I would be drooling while you were picking up the potatoes. Yum, yum, yum! Nothing like eating a potato, freshly dug, that has the hint of taste of dirt. I’m not kidding, that’s a great potato! Thanks for sharing all your back breaking work. You fellas are very hard workers, and we sure do depend on you! Bev in Maine

Brother those small red potatoes in a pot with green peas and pearl onions with some bacon fat and salt. Serve that bowl up with some of Grammy's fresh hot cornbread and y'all best watch out
Good potato crop , I hated digging potatoes , but sure liked eating them . My Dad used the 3 sister's planting method sometimes but not always which was planting corn , green beans and squash together. Thank you for sharing. Hugs and Kisses for Callie 💋
@@arthurdewith7608 It was not always done and I believe my Dad who was a kind and caring man did so to appease my native American great grandmother. 3 sisters planting was their custom way of planting. You can calm your concerns because it is rarely if ever practice anymore, but thank you for putting your information out their for others.

Hello the potato digger was nice to see, I live in Washington state and the produce around here is mainly potatoes and onions so I see lots of potato diggers and lots of potato sheds for instants we have Simplot we have lambweston, potato company’s, and a few more, but I like watching your family, everyone is so happy to help each other, So I’m wishing everyone there a very nice evening,
Its a day of productivity life feeding Animals, fun to harvesting then more happy to saw a wagon full of vegetables its more excited to plant even its tired but its fun.
This year I grew Yukon Gold, Kennebec, and Red Chieftain potatoes. All pretty good for long term storage to last until next year. Love the look of those Cubanelle peppers. Already have the seeds to try them next year. Having a hard time finding Itallianelle seeds. I also grew lunchbox peppers this year. Peppers are still producing like crazy. May have to pot them and overwinter them again. Some are on their 3rd year.
Love your positive attitudes! So nice to see people who enjoy the hard work. Thanks for providing food to your community. You all are a blessing to so many. I enjoy watching you all produce food and some lighthearted entertainment for us.

It's good to see a family working on a farm together and not fighting over what to do. Now I know you tease each other. But that's ok.
What is amazing to me is not just the high quality of your crops, but the varieties of all you grow!
Trick question. Do you know why they plant the same vegetables at different times in the season? lol

That idea does not work for commercial growing and poor pollination corn needs that and high nitrogen chemical requirement are different for each
