Skyterra King being faceless makes sense. He would be efficient and ruthless. Effectively emotionless. A face isn't necessary. The eyes on his chest can see enough.
I think a dragon would fit into this team because he represents fire, while the other three represent the other elements, Kaisaur being earth, UNDEX water, and Plumedge air.
Nice peacock mode. I think it’s a worthy upgrade from a pheasant. I will say though, judging from the Skyterra video, he looks a bit too much like Undex at a glance in robot mode.
I'm thinking a reverse Skyterra King, where the decepticon's animal forms contrast but still have a similiar motif. The decepticon trio's animal modes could be a Cassowary, Spinosaurus, and Megalodon.
This is a fantastic update Rollout, the silhouette is incredible now. Like I already loved the original Skyterra King but this update seems way more unified! Great work as usual.
maybe you can give Skyterra King a face by using a 1x3 brick with studs on 3 sides of it (if such a brick exists) and place a smooth stud to be a mono eye in Skyterra King mode. Or make a separate piece that is an accessory for Kaizaur and can attach to the crotch structure to be the face of Skyterra King.
I like to imagine that, during the transformation from Robot to Combined Mode Legs, Plumedge's hands get the Animated Longarm/Shockwave treatment and become the heel of Awakened Skyterra King's talons.

However, if he did have a face, I would imagine it would look like Blitzwing's crazy face from Animated. I'm currently working on a way to turn drawings into animations, and if I get it to work, I am considering doing an animation for this. No promises.

The fact that all his colours end up in his legs makes it look like he's shirtless to show off his muscles! Also, I think you could make Skyterra King's Face tan because it would look a bit more defined and Kaizaur would probably appreciate that armour in that area.
If I could make a suggestion, maybe you could make a little face under umbras tail and make it detachable and reattach-able on the combined modes top square stud, hope that this is helpful

So my idea is using the lego mini figure neck stud adapter(as the faceplate), with a 1x1 stud (as an eye), with a studded peg piece to attach it on. I don't know if you have already considered doing something like this, or if what I said makes sense but I hope what I said helped at all.
Either that or a battle fan of feathers, which would act just as well as the current blade and work as Plumedge’s tail feathers in peacock mode! Question is, is such a thing possible at this scale?... Edit: that’s basically what it is minus the individual tail feathers bit.
Just a suggestion regarding Skyterra King's face: Maybe try a gray minfigure backpack piece with a stud as the face. (Sorry, I can't think of the piece's proper name.)

What if you have Sky Terra King's head (or Kaizaur's waist section) be replaced with a 1x1 piece, similar to what you have now, but it has a stud hole on the side, then put a stud with a flat top (so no stud hole on the top of it) for an eye? Then when it's not in combined mode, you can find a place for the flat stud to go so it's not in the way of the dinosaur/robot mode.
I'm happy to see a new design, I made the same thing in 2017 only mine were actual Dinobots. Kaizaur (Pulser) was a all red T rex with a green eye. My version of your Fairgame (shocker) was a all yellow pterodactyl with a blue eye. My version of your undex (titan)was a all gray raptor with a yellow eye, they all had the same transformation but with a different weapon and head. Instead of a rocket launcher i ended up building a arm cannon like how megatron had a arm cannon.

To get a Lego brick in a color it doesn't come in, take a white variant and put it in that paint, submerging it entirely
That sounds like it might clog up pegs & be prone to paint chipping and cause other problems in a "transformer" lego builds like this
