am from Kerala here showroom guys don't know about the reason whereas the workshop guys says there's no guarantee and have to look into it.

@@BangaloreMotovlogs I wonder, for just 20k kms the silencer started to give abnormal noise. Because there are several rtr 200 out there with more than 40k & don't seems any problem with the silencer
Yes Avinash I agree with your point.
Even I have other bikes which has crossed 70k kms on ODO still no problem.
But if you ride the Bike the way it means and Built surely you will face such problems.

Hi Shoaib,
It occurs due to welding cut inside the silencer pipe which is located near to the combustion chamber of the engine
And also because of Overheating of Engine and Redlining the RPM.
Hope it clears your question 🙂
And Finally if you want to avoid it then ride Slowly😜.

If it fails again we need to do welding again. If silencer is not in a state to rectify due to welding then better to replace the silencer.
I am also having this same sound in my 160 4v. I don't revv it very hard, keep it 3-5k rpm, and also , this sound comes after driving for 5-6 kms. And when bike is stationary , it goes away. Can it he same problem ?

I'm also feel same noice ..
But not all the time , while engine speed is 50 to 60 km time only I feel..
With Idling I open the throttle upto 8000 RPM but I not found any noice gear was while neutral..
Is it same problem???

1.I didn't purchased pulsar NS bike over RTR 200🙄.
2.I choose RTR 200 because of Value for money Category, Initial torque and obviously sporty sound. I also made a list while buying this bike and the list as follows 1.Pulsar ns

Its very simple If you are interested in Top end performance and Raw power then go for NS200 and If you looking for Mid performance with Refined engine then go for RTR200
When it comes to VFM then i surely suggest to go for RTR200 latest variant( which is having riding modes).

Bro once I have weld in the front side of the Silencer but after 1 week now getting little bit of some weird sound from the end side of the silencer . How to know where all need to weld? What to do now?

Then it should solve the issue, i think 🤔 the gas welding was not done properly. Same procedure worked for many bikes.

it's just a issue with the silencer pipe which is located near engine . Get it gas welding done as i showed in this video and it will be solved😊.
