- Had another issue with the apache 200 4V engine regarding engine noise.
After changing the engine oil a few days prior . Using engine flush caused this issue. The engine flush did not exit the engine causing the new Castrol oil to get too thin, resulting in excess wear of the engine head components.
IMPORTANT POINTS
Avoid using engine flush while changing oil on your lower displacement motorcycle.

I also have Apache rtr 200 4v bs6 2020 model.
My bike is making cracking sound while accelerating.. And while engine breaking when there's pressure on engine... Sound is kind of like cracking sound of streching of metal type...
Chain ia well maintained so i don't think it's chains noise.
So it was the same sound with ur bike?
What should I check to get it resolved.

I found the problem. Last time you used Castrol 10w40 while the recommend oil is 10w30.
The last number in the grade determines the thickness of oil when hot and the higher the number, the thicker the oil.
So very likely, Castrol being thicker, would not be flowing properly through the thin tubes which we have in the engine and therefore your head got messed up.
I had similar experience on my gixxer with Motul, which was 1 grade higher.
Always make sure that you follow the specified grade specially the later digit.
I’m also frustrated with apache bike service , apache 200 ba6 2021 model but sound engine issues uff . I’m visiting service centre regularly and spending money like anything 😅😅😅

Bhaiya jaaante hai kya samasya hai, uske pehle aapne Motul 7100 10W50 bhi chalaya thaa jo ek thick oil thaa, uske baad jaise hi bike mein thin oil pada bike jyada free ho gayi and bearings pe bhi uska effect aaya, aap 10W30 hi use kariye isme.

its not fake oil. 10w40 is not for apache .. use only 10w30 grade oil 😊
TVS recommends 10w 30, not 10w 40 grade oil, bcoz 10w 40 grade oil will take longer time to reach the head bcoz of thickness hence will damage the bearing lack of lubrication.

Same happened with my 160 4v bs6 after so many complaints they accept the problem and 4 times engine open all parts like chain sprocket, camshaft,crank,and head also but problem stills same i suffered for 5 months from this problem then I sell the bike with very price in just 13 months and clock only 9k kms .so much disappointed.😢
Never do that, we suffer far more loss while selling. Instead find a good outside mechanic, spend some money and your problem will be resolved.

That's not how exost science work the ecost from the start to end every bend , thickness and weld is made for a specific reason therefor experimenting with it may lead to same serious engine back pressure issues. Hope you got answers for your query
Bhai 160 ka bullpup exhaust jo hay woh jaise bhi bekar lagta hay. 200 ke sath yeh hi exhaust thik hay, sharp look deta day
Bro, Are you able to adjust the RPM (like in bs4 ) ??? My bike is redlining much earlier (in lower rpm )in Sports mode in comparison to Urban mode 🫤
My bs4 can redline upto 11.5k rpm 💀🔥🔥
You can cleanup the throttle body..
@@Sunny-Reddy_ bro , the bike has done merely 6.5 km only on tarmac 😅 .. However the rev limit light goes off after it reaches 85kmph. BTW Would def clean the throttle body 🤗

Bhai this time it was not TVS problem. Some Engine flush was left back in the engine which damaged the parts
