That is not easy to conceptualize - yet remains true, even with us today ... Paul prayed and loved people he had yet met. We may not meet certain people on this earth, missionaries, the persecuted, a particular pastor/preacher we admire, but it does not mean, we cannot love them, or pray for them, in not meeting them physically.

Colossians 1:9-22. Rescued from Darkness. And it was on this day 6 years ago that my mother entered the Church Triumphant.
That is not easy to conceptualize - yet remains true, even with us today ... Paul prayed and loved people he had yet met. We may not meet certain people on this earth, missionaries, the persecuted, a particular pastor/preacher we admire, but it does not mean, we cannot love them, or pray for them, in not meeting them physically.
It’s also interesting what the prayer leaves out. “Be safe, have an easy life, be blessed with more earthly things.”
