It only takes 10 days to receive parts after ordering from the Hero Service Center, and regarding the tank, you can nickel coat it inside after cleaning with acid. Hey, Jeet! You can even order tiny parts of this motorcycle by parts number layout. As an existing Hero Hunk 2010 owner, I also did that, and it helps me a lot. Because Hero didn't even provide a mechanical update other than graphics, Karizma July 2012 Model Spare Parts are perfectly compatible with this Motorcycle.
A few things are different but most of the mechanical components are same, i agree with that
But my area Hero service centres are not interested in ordering the parts for this
Yes....karizma r spare parts are very less available....recently i replaced my insulator rubber-carburetor manifold rubber, timing sprocket,and timing chain with cbz extreme sapre parts....all were exactly the same.
@@tarunk04 Agree, you have to just order spare parts from service center and parts get available in 10 days maybe for me it's very easy cause the spare parts guy know me so i can order even single nut...

Just stumbled upon your video of Apache rebuild and found this video. Proud owner of hero Xtreme. Being a grease monkey n DIYer, almost opened 60% of the bike (20% engine just the head part), have pretty good knowledge. One suggestion is to replace the master brake cylinder with Apache's adjustable master cylinder. Cost 1.5k but it's really worth it and mine the stock rubber break line 10 years old, breaking improved drastically. With steel breaded line it will go to another level. Also now you can get a lever in black colour as well.

Being a karizma R owner i am Really impressed with your work.....the carburetor of karizma r costs around rs 8000 but u can save your money by using pulsar 220 carburetor (part no. JC120024)only mod u have to do is just change the main jet from 135 to 138 and u r good to go....you can search for videos on youtube many are using this carburetor in karizna zmr also and its working fine....

Jeet bhai Karizma ka both needle bearing 15 21mm,carborator spareparts,magnet are difficult to find in market ,i had hard time find and sourcing from market in mumbai .i have fully dismantle Karizma ,cleaned and painted .only now engine assembly is reming .waiting for your engine assembly video .

hope you find the rebuild kit, I'm from Mumbai n i had no luck so had to change the whole carb. also if the slide needs replacing then just go for the full setup coz for me a new slide made things worst, the new carb it costed me arnd 6k. ive also seen recent videos that the P220 carb works well. this video is inspiring me to do the same to my bike! I have a 2012 Karizma R with 150000 km. love ur work and attention to detail!
You can use pulsar 220 carburetor in karizma....Search for 'pulsar 220 carburetor for karizma' on youtube.

yes as steel braiding is just the outer part... the line is still of rubber which should be replaced

Bro you know about Arv brothers if you contact them they can arrange the full body of the bike from karol bagh in a very good quality and also for a superb price as you mentioned that the budget is tight you should definitely consider and also genuine hero body parts are expensive investing that much hefty amount for this much old bike doesn't make that much sense so try this parts once
