That’s the most high-tech radish cake operation I’ve seen anywhere street side in South East Asia! I eat at a stall near Ben Thanh cos that’s the one I first tried on my first trip to SG in 2014. They don’t have so many selections though! I would like to try the fried Har gow. This spot is so generous with the spring onions. The one I eat unfortunately is much less generous, with the papaya strips as well. AND NO LARD COME ON 65k for two plates too dang! Great little fan interaction at the end too!
The bot chien is actually more delicious with diluted fish sauce as opposed to soy sauce. Much more savory and yummy to me. I found out by accident. Your Viet videos are entertaining. Loved the interaction between you and the seller. She was very pleasant.
I'm guessing because you favor salty flavors to others. The soy sauce uses with bột chiên is diluted, sweetened and little sour by red vinegar (a kind of chinese vinegar aka giấm tiều in vnese). No one eats bột chiên with diluted fish sauce even the sweetened version serving with broken rice (cơm tấm).

That’s the most high-tech radish cake operation I’ve seen anywhere street side in South East Asia! I eat at a stall near Ben Thanh cos that’s the one I first tried on my first trip to SG in 2014. They don’t have so many selections though! I would like to try the fried Har gow. This spot is so generous with the spring onions. The one I eat unfortunately is much less generous, with the papaya strips as well. AND NO LARD COME ON

The bot chien is actually more delicious with diluted fish sauce as opposed to soy sauce. Much more savory and yummy to me. I found out by accident. Your Viet videos are entertaining. Loved the interaction between you and the seller. She was very pleasant.
I'm guessing because you favor salty flavors to others. The soy sauce uses with bột chiên is diluted, sweetened and little sour by red vinegar (a kind of chinese vinegar aka giấm tiều in vnese). No one eats bột chiên with diluted fish sauce even the sweetened version serving with broken rice (cơm tấm).
