if I may say, in future to save you steps and time, instead of using trim entities and then extrude/extrude cut @12:04 and @32:16 you can use extrude and click on selected contours and select just what you need to extrude. I personally prefer it, not sure if you knew about, just little thought that's all :) as always nice video

For Real view you need professional graphics card in your system like Nvidia Quadro series or AMD firepro Series. other cards will not support real views.
