Ashley, following up with a q from the past few videos. You mentioned Magnesium, supplementation and pro/prebiotics. What factors should we look at to know that the quality of products we’re taking are of the highest quality? Besides third party testing, are there other factors we should look at? I get lost in the branding and marketing of some of these stuff. Everyone says they’re the best, but I can’t tell bad from good quality. Curious if you have insight on that? 😊 thanks for your good work!

Hey Ana, this is a GREAT question! I will answer this in depth in a post on this channel so keep your eyes peeled for it. But in a nutshell here's a few things to consider...
      1) If the supplement or brand is making claims that sound too good to be true then it probably is.
      2) If the price is low or the store is often offering buy one get one free then it's a cheap product and the quality CANNOT be good
      3) Does the brand display they are being certified by third party sources and given a certificate of analysis ?
      4) Are they meeting Good Manufacturing Process standards (GMP) and are they displaying this on their website?
      5) If they supplement or company is heavy on the marketing (aiming for mass market) then I would question quality.
      6) Are the supplements free from common allergens such as gluten/wheat, dairy, soy etc
I avoid ALL high street brands and supplement stores (unless they are small independent stores stocking a wide range of brands).
I hope that helps a bit.
      Best wishes,
      Ashley
