The most common cause to a water tap E22 error is a clogged / dirty pump filter / trap which should be checked first rather than the last step in this video! Why go through all the work of disconnecting hoses and moving the dishwasher when you can try cleaning the trap and filter first?

Thank you for posting it.... it was actually a very clear video, which did help me. I could open up inlet and remove lot of dirt clogged in inlet pipe right before the filter. We actually need such trouble shooting when there is no need to call customer care. Thank fully I didnot even Chk outlet and then drain pump clogging

This was a great help I just fixed my dishwasher after a few days of it not working and me being lost on what to do about it. I have 5 kids too so I can't live without the dishwasher.
Thanks a lot for sharing this was a life saver 😊

Just found your video.... after completing my own, which is precisely as you described. A good and clearly explained video. Mine had a flashing "Check water"light. I went one step further and removed the washer from its under bench position. While I removed the side panel, I need not have done so. I lay the washer over to the right, to drain any water left internally. I then reinstalled and it worked!!!

We cleaned the small water filter twice, second time it worked. It would be good to know more about the big filter in the inlet hose. I would also like to replace the whole inlet hose with the fat filter (softener?) element which we cannot clean.

2:37 that little black/brown rubber disc should be REMOVED? I thought it was some some of flap valve to prevent dirty water coming BACK IN to the machine (our machine here fills back in with some dirty grubby water when the machine has finished, always dirty water in the trap. Turned onto it's side, the machine finally emptied itself of ALL the water from the trap, and it was cleaned thoroughly, and now on re-installing we got the error A1.

Worked for me with a siemens dishwasher.

If the machine keeps draining with E15 and the power button has no effect, then whack the underside with a piece of wood, this will free up the float valve that is stuck. Then put some dishwasher descaler in and run it without dishes. It should last another five years.

I've two lights continuous blinking: water supply and rinse aid liquid. The machine is working, but the lights don't stop blinking even when the machine is turned off.

      Thank you for confirming.
We would advise topping the appliance up with Rinse Aid, and running a cleaning cycle, should you still experience the issue after this, please do let us know, alternatively, you can book a repair online here: www.bosch-home.co.uk/customer-service/book-a-repair-online
      Thank you - Emma
