Thank you for the tip. I will definitely try it. I recently had to switch to almond milk for some reason, and it has been challenging to enjoy my teas without cow's milk. By the way, regarding the comments on Chai tea, the word 'chai' already means 'tea' in some languages. So, when we say 'Chai tea', we are essentially saying 'tea tea'.

Each of us are unique so hard to say for sure! But yes, a practical way to go about doing it is remove cow's milk 100% for 4 weeks and check it out for yourself. You won't know unless you remove it 100%

@@back2basicsbyniti Because chai does not mean tea, it means a preparation of tea with spices, milk, ginger, etc. Tea is often had without milk, but chai generally involves milk, traditionally dairy (but we vegans use alt milks in our chai), and is prepared in a very unique way, by boiling the loose tea leaves in water/milk. So, calling it chai tea simply signals to non-South Asians that this is our unique preparation/style of tea. No need to get your panties in a knot over nothing. :)
