I made homemade tortillas this past weekend. Basically the same recipe. I used lard instead of olive oil this time. Delicious! I mean it beats the store every time.
Joel my good Aussie friend, great recipe, We are blessed as we have an Italian family owned place named Barone's where I can buy this only 10 minutes away from my house, I can get all the ingredients there also, & just the cost is less than what I can buy it for at the grocer & no labor for me, they do a ton of business as everything is perfect, Whiskey cameo, lol, he is always on high patrol food alert, lol, cheers mate., btw I'd like to see your recipe or take on a recipe for those no claw /spiny/rainbow lobsters you all have off the coasts of Australia, they look delicious mate
Cheers Steve, yes you are lucky! As for our lobsters (Crayfish) they are around $100 a kilo, because we export most of them overseas and keep few for us! A very special occasion meal here. I will still make a recipe! 😄
