I have the liars and caliban cloak. I love it. Plus with Caliban you’re gonna kill all the ads with the ignition and won’t be surrounded so there goes the Synthos buff after five seconds.
A long time ago, I switched from Hunter to Titan because I enjoyed Combination Blow so much, but I realized there's a whole "Melee focused" class with Titan. This makes it seem like it's time to return.

@@Mand0117 amazing how you sounded so confident and yet are so wrong, hunters have had a few very strong melee builds that have sometimes even had the highest damage but as far as class goes titan has always been better. Much more variety, insane survivability on bonk, great team support on strand, insane DPS on strand, amazing super up time and as clear on void.
They already did let's be real the last nerf didn't really effect strand titan that much it was still the standard titan build to use in the raid race. Synth got nerfed cause hunters would have it and strand/ banner got nerfed so strand titan didn't break the game lol

@@immxrtal_02 if you have ads near...shoot an ad to proc 1-2p, then punch the frozen target...but then you also lose the 200% invis melee buff (if you're invis at the time)...catch 22...good thing 1-2 punch isn't necessary, better off without it i'd say..think it's only 40% now with liar's since the nerf anyways...synthos is more versatile for sure, it's insanely fun with threaded spike
@@Black2overlord ...explain...because its insanely easy to dodge twice near a champion with ads around...which freezes the target, then you literally one punch it and it disappears.. the 1-2p shotgun is the only thing with a tight window (which isn't necessary at all, only useful on bosses imo)
There are too many fun combos (as a Hunter). Liars with Renewal for Armor + damage, Renewal + Cyrtarachne for Frost armor + Woven mail, Verity + Inmost for ability spam, Assassin + Gyrfalcon for a pocket Gyrfalcon for any subclass. I'm having a hard time taking a break from farming these to get every combo I can lol.
Facts, I have an inmost/liars, a galanor/gyrfalcon a inmost/verity a foetracer/cyrtarachne and a renewal/ stars eater and a dragon/ star eater. I just did the mission yesterday and farmed the chest in overthrow for a few hours and got all but one of these listed.
I don’t get it anymore. Hunters punch better than titans, warlocks do support better than titans, and both do DPS better than titans? What the fuck are titans supposed to do then?
be a brick wall, Titans are the kings of "I have more health then you" with things like woven mail and void over shield being the easiest to maintain on titan, I'd argue titan is the best solo class, they dont keep others alive well, dont have the best punching anymore, but they keep themselves alive very, very well

Titan has two issues 1. DPS during a lot of the bosses 2. Prismatic Titan is missing bonk hammer I was a Titan main last season but this season I am a Hunter main as it stands, better ad clear, more fun, better damage, better dps, survivability, it's honestly great 🤣 Their exotic class items are also busted too, so good

yup, as long as you have enough ads around and have combox3...nothing lives lol...duskfield comes in handy in this case...that's why i want that renewal/liar's combo...especially for bosses, then you can drop a duskfield on them (and a stasis super, if you use it) and punch away for 10+ seconds while also stacking frost armor
Titans just arent op melee characters. Which is something people have been complaining about for the entirety of destiny. Now when yall arent melee kings its an issue….
@@th3summonerlook at any encounter instead of the last one. Of course people would play optimally in the hardest raid of all time, titans could beat the raid, just was chosen not too. Plenty of other areas of the game have titans picked more than anything else, its 1 encounter.
You don’t really need facet of dawn to make you radiant as the artifact has radiant on orb pick up. Facet of bravery is also optional if using void or strand weapons for volatile or unravelling rounds. Facet of protection is free DR and ruin is good for improved CC as improves shatter for frozen enemies. It also gives bigger solar ignitions for Calibans.
he has bravery in the build...but ya, i'd replace bravery, dawn and blessing (kinda useless on this imo unless you're somehow not surviving...does help teammates i suppose, if they need it)..but with frost armor/facet of protection/amplified/recuperation or better already/and invis...that should be more than enough survival lol...switch to strand super if frost ain't cutting it...i had no prob staying alive running tether with this either, even though overshield is by far the worst option, you make so many orbs that you constantly have a full overshield
after having to completely carry add clear on contest im not too worried about it, it was titan meta all the way up until witness damage phase. and as if concecration prismatic wasnt cracked enough, snythos and severence? they wot?

i have the exact roll in this video caliban/liars grapple grenade is good for this cuz they detonate off the melee after the grapple and you still go invis if you're running stylish executioner of course
team assasins cowl + liars handshake. you can change the void aspect for strand one, get 1 more fragment slot together with infinite clones that spawn thousands of threadlings as there is no cd on their spawns.
yeah i want that roll too, for the versatility, for when i'm sick of my caliban/liar...caliban/syntho rolls...can def have more variety with those 2 rolls over cal/liars...which is appealing
I've found another unique melee build that roughly as good. Combine khepris sting + snare bomb, grapple melee. Vs Carl this combo will eat roughly 30% of his health on a grapple melee, plus it will unravel and weaken him and both dot effect will proc each other. Next you can pair it will Legend of Acrius (or a trench barrel shotgun) and the snare grapple melee will proc trench barrel. Additionally you can run Bastion with its updated saints fists perk which buffs melee and grapple melee for 3 seconds, together it will bring Carl to 50% health. Throw in winters shroud + threaded spector and once you snare grapple melee you can dodge which slows and the specter will explode further damaging them. Between Bastion and winters shroud you can stun both unstoppables and overloads.
As a titan main. I think it's just time I swap to hunter. I don't want to but in a group what do we have to offer now aside from banner of war? Titan is the most fun class to play though. We just don't have any fun new builds. Prismatic titan currently is just kinda mid. My solution is give is a celestial for throwing hammer or axe that does a ton of damage and/or give us old heart of inmost light back on arc. Not sure how good it will be on the witness but it might keep up with warlocks at least.
@@cosmicfrank5465 Hunters are just so good right now. I don't want to be another hunter player though... But yeah prismatic titan, for now, is just meh. But I know Bungie has something cooking that will make titans useful again.
I'm not swapping classes, mostly cause I barely have any exotics on the other classes and I don't feel like grinding 100 more hours just to have a usable hunter

Combination Blow already gives you health on kill, you don't need blessing/ruin would serve you just a whole lot better to make the ignitions bigger and make the shatters do more damage with all the cold dodging/dusk fields/possible silence and squall if one wants frost armor.
freeze a boss with 2 dodges (assuming ads are near) then go in for the combo blow x3 chunk!...be invis first, don't 1-2 punch on the first melee (if that's what you're using) or you lose like 160% of your melee dmg from stylish...and if you get lucky and the stars align you can go for the punch with counter-punch already loaded and watch his health bar disappear (or a huge golden gun sized chunk at least!)
Note for grapple, its can be inconsistent with stylish, though most of the time, if not all the time, the grapple melee will give you a free invis, which you can chain into melees and gives you a free weaken, though i think overall duskfield is better, if you think grapple is more fun, go for it. i was tested things and found this build on day one, and i have almost always used grapple
Also a lot of people don’t know this but when enemies are frozen they take 2.3x melee damage so winter’s shroud and fuskfield REALLY complements this build well .
I think even though grapple doesnt benefit from combination blow but i think if it gets a kill it’ll still create an ignition because the grapple melee does trigger heavy handed so it is coded as a melee so spirit of the caliban should trigger on grapple melee kill.
Severance enclosure got a massive nerf though, it used to proc off knockout/offensive bulwark melees but I guess having a good exotic is too much for titans...SYNTHOS ONLY
The build that i use has renewal and liars on the cloak. Having frost armor x5 and having insane damage at the same time is the perfect balance. With the right mods youre always healing off melee kills and grenade recharge time is pretty nutty
Any chance you could look into the damage output of a Caster Frame Ergo Sum with the Polaris Lance perk? The heavy attack has 10 ticks of damage if the enemy gets hit by all of the damage ticks which means every heavy attack triggers 2 ignitions. By itself this is quite strong but I believe there should be quite a few factors that can make it even better. A second person providing the Gjallarhorn effect to the sword would mean creating 3 wolfpack rounds per heavy attack that each provide additional scorch I believe. On one hand you could use ember of ashes to buff this but Prismatic should be far better if you use Transcendence for the 51% buff to Ergo Sum itself, assuming that scales with the scorch damage and ignition damage properly. Warlocks in particular can use Dawn Chorus to enhance the scorch damage significantly however. I believe it might also benefit from the buff provided by Song of Flame on top of all the scorch damage that puts out for even more frequent ignitions too, assuming there isn't some kind of internal limit on how fast you can apply scorch stacks. Considering maintaining use of the heavy attack whenever sword energy recharges you still have plenty of time to spam the Song of Flame abilities in between and potentially even some rocket shots as well, I'm not entirely sure. I have this roll and in theory I'm going to try testing it myself but I have far less experience doing damage testing and such compared to you or anyone else that does such tests.
I have both and I haven't really explored the Synthoceps one too deeply. Cause I just feel like getting that instant heal from the combination blow PLUS getting the explosions procced from all melee final blows has been really hard to pass up. The main reason I feel like I'd want to try the Synthoceps version is because I wouldn't have to be bound to combo blow. I'd be able to use threaded spike, withering blade, etc. Which means I'd get to have a ranged melee in activities where getting right in an enemy's face isn't always the best idea. The first thing that comes to mind for me would be GMs. Even red bars will often take multiple punches in GM content, which means you basically HAVE to get the kill and proc stylish executioner or you're gonna die, and be dead in a really bad place for your team. However, that being said, I still feel like Caliban/Liar's has served me too well to change up for ANOTHER melee build. While I initially felt like dusk field would be the best pick as opposed to grapple for the build, grapple melee still procs stylish executioner AND triggers the caliban ignition. That is absolutely massive imo. Cause grapple will help you fly into a group much more safely than just running up and trying to use cover. The grapple melee gives invis, you still have your combi blow, AND the ads around you are likely chunked pretty good from the ignition off the grapple melee. In practice, I just feel like the dusk field is something that sounds better on paper than it actually is in real gameplay

Lol, been running this day 1 campaign since I knew it would be broken when I saw combination blow was apart of Prismatic. When I saw this when they first revealed Prismatic, I already had my build in my head.
Run Liars build with the strand decoy instead of stylish executioner. It seriously gives so much more ad clear and and still has survivability benefits AND has an extra fragmet slot
I didn't think there was a way to make 1-2 punch work with the melee coming out of invis from stylish executioner. Doesn't shooting your gun cancel invis and thus make it impossible to gain the bonus stylish executioner damage?
Oh you're not even done yet Grapple melee works with caliban and gets buffed by synthos You could add slice on the call, which you'll have alot of uptime + make tangle to get multiple grapple melee/movement stuff Also why no facet of protection? Free dmg resist on top of frost armor/woven mail + amplify dmg resist from artifact.... oh and slice Purpose already gets full uptime with winter shroud No need for radiant fragment due to radiant orbs For answer, team synthos because if I have to deal with a tanky boss, I'm taking normal Liars over spirit since the healing is a must

As someone who rocked 1-2 punch liars build for a LONG TIME, I love how busted this is and how it feels like old liars again. Only issue is that this gameplay loop gets REALLY boring really fast. Probably just me, but this in every single activity gets really tiring.
Hey if you get the chance could you try out spirit of galanor and spirit of star eaters and see if they work with still hunt since its golden gun mode counts as a super?
Damn I would be ok with this but Bungie did nerf the enchanted melee being able to proc stuff like the "Knockout" punches so we can't even proc. Severance or Point Cannon Brace and stuff like that without a full melee charge

Personally prefer synthos because it makes the early kills much easier which is my main complaint about combination blow hunter. Liar's is definitely the pick for one-two punch DPS though. Real answer is just use whichever you get with a good combination first.

(in reference to the fragment for orb pickup + shieldcrush) No. Just use renewals + your damage exotic perk of choice. Set down the Calibans, hunters, it's literally unnecessary. Part of the punch-hunter loop is repeatedly dodge-meleeing in order to generate both orbs and super energy; Calibans ignitions steal a lot of the ability to do that. That's also reducing your ability to build Dark transcendence while punching by using the fragment that gives you Dark energy while you have a Light buff. Again, more dodge-punches is BETTER than getting the ignitions. Then using renewals + duskfield is giving you frost armor to proc Shieldcrush, and you can run golden gun to have restoration on orb pickup.
I've recreated this build but I'm only getting around 170k for my fully charged Cali/Syntho combination blow. I've got the mods, the artefacts, the fragments and all the same perks for the subclass. Has this build been nerfed already, or am I doing something wrong?
I’ve been saying this since the beginning that synthos weren’t gonna be as good as liars, good to know my judgment was right. I’ve also been using strand super and duskfields too since launch. I think having liars + assassins cowl with threaded specter instead of stylish will be really a nice combo, and also liars + renewal for ultra DR and keeping stylish. Synthos will be cool for grapple melee shenanigans on hunter tho.
Why not get heart of inmost light in the first column to do even more damage with the melee? Caliban seems counter intuitive since one punch will disintegrate any small ads, making it slower to ramp up combination blow. Besides you already freeze everything with 2 dodges and then shatter everything with more punches, so I don't quite see the need for even more ad clear.
@@razikazmi6840It's hilarious to keep hearing this. Exploiting Navigator is the ONLY thing that made that build "broken" which basically no one did. It did respectable damage, but not top tier, it just had easy woven mail and healing so it had a very low barrier to entry.
I’m not sure if he mentioned the damage if hypothetically you were next to the boss and had a minor next to you. One -two punch the boss, dodge then melee the minor to get liars and stylist executioner active then you might have time to melee the boss again for an even higher number. This is hypothetical I’m not sure how long one-two punch lasts

I did legendary on all three, because I wanted an exotic for each. The legendary campaign is very easy once you get a good prismatic build going. Unlock all the fragments on your first character and it will be very easy for the other two.
You only get the Regen portion of HoiL. Prismatic class items only roll the primary perks of an exotic. Ex: Abeyant gets triple drengrs waves but no woven mail on suspend
I feel like these numbers aren't making sense, unbuffed liars is 300k and buffed synthos is 400k? Maybe your testing wasn't accounting for bonus melee damage on frozen targets? Also, did they unnerf liars + 1-2, it used to decrease the buff. How do both work with grapple loops? Does the stylish melee buff still proc if you use a 1-2 punch first? The melee wouldn't be the thing breaking invis at that point.
Could see a possible DPS fantasy with synthos and navigator on hunter, start with a nighthawk goldy and still hunt goldy then swap to a shotty with 1-2 punch, and the navigator and go to town. Also swapping to synthos too obviously.
I have been running this build with licky pants malph, the melee damage is already so high that adding a melee exotic is sometimes Overkill, lucky pants gives me insane midrange damage too incase i cant get the melee chain going
Macrics said this in the video but one two punch lessens liars damage but they equal out the same with one two punch and without so u don’t have to run a shotgun with one two punch for max damage letting you be more flexible with weapons

I tested in this lost sector yesterday. If you cross counter a frozen enemy you hit 999,999 with the other dmg stacking.

You don’t really need facet of dawn to make you radiant as the artifact has radiant on orb pick up.
Facet of bravery is also optional if using void or strand weapons for volatile or unravelling rounds.
Facet of protection is free DR and ruin is good for improved CC as improves shatter for frozen enemies. It also gives bigger solar ignitions for Calibans.
he has bravery in the build...but ya, i'd replace bravery, dawn and blessing (kinda useless on this imo unless you're somehow not surviving...does help teammates i suppose, if they need it)..but with frost armor/facet of protection/amplified/recuperation or better already/and invis...that should be more than enough survival lol...switch to strand super if frost ain't cutting it...i had no prob staying alive running tether with this either, even though overshield is by far the worst option, you make so many orbs that you constantly have a full overshield

I've found another unique melee build that roughly as good.
Combine khepris sting + snare bomb, grapple melee. Vs Carl this combo will eat roughly 30% of his health on a grapple melee, plus it will unravel and weaken him and both dot effect will proc each other.
Next you can pair it will Legend of Acrius (or a trench barrel shotgun) and the snare grapple melee will proc trench barrel. Additionally you can run Bastion with its updated saints fists perk which buffs melee and grapple melee for 3 seconds, together it will bring Carl to 50% health.
Throw in winters shroud + threaded spector and once you snare grapple melee you can dodge which slows and the specter will explode further damaging them.
Between Bastion and winters shroud you can stun both unstoppables and overloads.
Can we get a video talking about the buffed supers? Silence and Squall feels so strong after its buff, as does nova bomb

As a titan main. I think it's just time I swap to hunter. I don't want to but in a group what do we have to offer now aside from banner of war? Titan is the most fun class to play though. We just don't have any fun new builds. Prismatic titan currently is just kinda mid.
My solution is give is a celestial for throwing hammer or axe that does a ton of damage and/or give us old heart of inmost light back on arc. Not sure how good it will be on the witness but it might keep up with warlocks at least.
Literally me. I swapped to hunter today because its just so much better in every way. Prismatic titan is just gimmicks with no synergy

I'm not swapping classes, mostly cause I barely have any exotics on the other classes and I don't feel like grinding 100 more hours just to have a usable hunter

Combination Blow already gives you health on kill, you don't need blessing/ruin would serve you just a whole lot better to make the ignitions bigger and make the shatters do more damage with all the cold dodging/dusk fields/possible silence and squall if one wants frost armor.

freeze a boss with 2 dodges (assuming ads are near) then go in for the combo blow x3 chunk!...be invis first, don't 1-2 punch on the first melee (if that's what you're using) or you lose like 160% of your melee dmg from stylish...and if you get lucky and the stars align you can go for the punch with counter-punch already loaded and watch his health bar disappear (or a huge golden gun sized chunk at least!)
Note for grapple, its can be inconsistent with stylish, though most of the time, if not all the time, the grapple melee will give you a free invis, which you can chain into melees and gives you a free weaken, though i think overall duskfield is better, if you think grapple is more fun, go for it. i was tested things and found this build on day one, and i have almost always used grapple
Also a lot of people don’t know this but when enemies are frozen they take 2.3x melee damage so winter’s shroud and fuskfield REALLY complements this build well .
I think even though grapple doesnt benefit from combination blow but i think if it gets a kill it’ll still create an ignition because the grapple melee does trigger heavy handed so it is coded as a melee so spirit of the caliban should trigger on grapple melee kill.
Grapple melee also benefits from Synthoceps whereas it won't with Liar's
the grapple melee does indeed proc the ignition

Severance enclosure got a massive nerf though, it used to proc off knockout/offensive bulwark melees but I guess having a good exotic is too much for titans...SYNTHOS ONLY

The build that i use has renewal and liars on the cloak. Having frost armor x5 and having insane damage at the same time is the perfect balance. With the right mods youre always healing off melee kills and grenade recharge time is pretty nutty
Any chance you could look into the damage output of a Caster Frame Ergo Sum with the Polaris Lance perk? The heavy attack has 10 ticks of damage if the enemy gets hit by all of the damage ticks which means every heavy attack triggers 2 ignitions. By itself this is quite strong but I believe there should be quite a few factors that can make it even better. A second person providing the Gjallarhorn effect to the sword would mean creating 3 wolfpack rounds per heavy attack that each provide additional scorch I believe. On one hand you could use ember of ashes to buff this but Prismatic should be far better if you use Transcendence for the 51% buff to Ergo Sum itself, assuming that scales with the scorch damage and ignition damage properly. Warlocks in particular can use Dawn Chorus to enhance the scorch damage significantly however. I believe it might also benefit from the buff provided by Song of Flame on top of all the scorch damage that puts out for even more frequent ignitions too, assuming there isn't some kind of internal limit on how fast you can apply scorch stacks. Considering maintaining use of the heavy attack whenever sword energy recharges you still have plenty of time to spam the Song of Flame abilities in between and potentially even some rocket shots as well, I'm not entirely sure.
I have this roll and in theory I'm going to try testing it myself but I have far less experience doing damage testing and such compared to you or anyone else that does such tests.
I have both and I haven't really explored the Synthoceps one too deeply. Cause I just feel like getting that instant heal from the combination blow PLUS getting the explosions procced from all melee final blows has been really hard to pass up. The main reason I feel like I'd want to try the Synthoceps version is because I wouldn't have to be bound to combo blow. I'd be able to use threaded spike, withering blade, etc. Which means I'd get to have a ranged melee in activities where getting right in an enemy's face isn't always the best idea. The first thing that comes to mind for me would be GMs. Even red bars will often take multiple punches in GM content, which means you basically HAVE to get the kill and proc stylish executioner or you're gonna die, and be dead in a really bad place for your team.
However, that being said, I still feel like Caliban/Liar's has served me too well to change up for ANOTHER melee build. While I initially felt like dusk field would be the best pick as opposed to grapple for the build, grapple melee still procs stylish executioner AND triggers the caliban ignition. That is absolutely massive imo. Cause grapple will help you fly into a group much more safely than just running up and trying to use cover. The grapple melee gives invis, you still have your combi blow, AND the ads around you are likely chunked pretty good from the ignition off the grapple melee. In practice, I just feel like the dusk field is something that sounds better on paper than it actually is in real gameplay

Lol, been running this day 1 campaign since I knew it would be broken when I saw combination blow was apart of Prismatic. When I saw this when they first revealed Prismatic, I already had my build in my head.

REMEMBER: Do not use One-two Punch when cross counter is active, it lowers the bonus damage. You shotgun, 2 punches, shotgun, 2 punches.

As someone who rocked 1-2 punch liars build for a LONG TIME, I love how busted this is and how it feels like old liars again. Only issue is that this gameplay loop gets REALLY boring really fast. Probably just me, but this in every single activity gets really tiring.

You can get spirit of Renewal in the first slot which gives you free frost armor with the duskfield nade
Hey if you get the chance could you try out spirit of galanor and spirit of star eaters and see if they work with still hunt since its golden gun mode counts as a super?
Damn I would be ok with this but Bungie did nerf the enchanted melee being able to proc stuff like the "Knockout" punches so we can't even proc. Severance or Point Cannon Brace and stuff like that without a full melee charge

Personally prefer synthos because it makes the early kills much easier which is my main complaint about combination blow hunter. Liar's is definitely the pick for one-two punch DPS though. Real answer is just use whichever you get with a good combination first.

No. Just use renewals + your damage exotic perk of choice. Set down the Calibans, hunters, it's literally unnecessary. Part of the punch-hunter loop is repeatedly dodge-meleeing in order to generate both orbs and super energy; Calibans ignitions steal a lot of the ability to do that. That's also reducing your ability to build Dark transcendence while punching by using the fragment that gives you Dark energy while you have a Light buff.
Again, more dodge-punches is BETTER than getting the ignitions. Then using renewals + duskfield is giving you frost armor to proc Shieldcrush, and you can run golden gun to have restoration on orb pickup.

I've recreated this build but I'm only getting around 170k for my fully charged Cali/Syntho combination blow. I've got the mods, the artefacts, the fragments and all the same perks for the subclass. Has this build been nerfed already, or am I doing something wrong?

I’ve been saying this since the beginning that synthos weren’t gonna be as good as liars, good to know my judgment was right. I’ve also been using strand super and duskfields too since launch. I think having liars + assassins cowl with threaded specter instead of stylish will be really a nice combo, and also liars + renewal for ultra DR and keeping stylish. Synthos will be cool for grapple melee shenanigans on hunter tho.
Why not get heart of inmost light in the first column to do even more damage with the melee? Caliban seems counter intuitive since one punch will disintegrate any small ads, making it slower to ramp up combination blow. Besides you already freeze everything with 2 dodges and then shatter everything with more punches, so I don't quite see the need for even more ad clear.

@@razikazmi6840It's hilarious to keep hearing this. Exploiting Navigator is the ONLY thing that made that build "broken" which basically no one did. It did respectable damage, but not top tier, it just had easy woven mail and healing so it had a very low barrier to entry.

what about saints fist. 1-2 punch makes the multiplier of lires go down but saints is the same buff as 1-2 punch, so could it make it higher?
I’m not sure if he mentioned the damage if hypothetically you were next to the boss and had a minor next to you. One -two punch the boss, dodge then melee the minor to get liars and stylist executioner active then you might have time to melee the boss again for an even higher number. This is hypothetical I’m not sure how long one-two punch lasts

I did legendary on all three, because I wanted an exotic for each. The legendary campaign is very easy once you get a good prismatic build going. Unlock all the fragments on your first character and it will be very easy for the other two.
if you want an exotic asap then do legendary, if not do it on normal since power is now shared account wide

You can combo the liars and stylish, just have to set it up. It basically one shots most non boss enemies

no, the damage portion of Hoil isnt on the class items. only the ability regen
You only get the Regen portion of HoiL. Prismatic class items only roll the primary perks of an exotic. Ex: Abeyant gets triple drengrs waves but no woven mail on suspend
I feel like these numbers aren't making sense, unbuffed liars is 300k and buffed synthos is 400k? Maybe your testing wasn't accounting for bonus melee damage on frozen targets? Also, did they unnerf liars + 1-2, it used to decrease the buff. How do both work with grapple loops? Does the stylish melee buff still proc if you use a 1-2 punch first? The melee wouldn't be the thing breaking invis at that point.
The only issue is that theres no darkness damage being done, meaning you dont really build prismatic
The call + unravelling rounds looks pretty prismatic to me (it also triggers the stylish, especially with slice).
Could see a possible DPS fantasy with synthos and navigator on hunter, start with a nighthawk goldy and still hunt goldy then swap to a shotty with 1-2 punch, and the navigator and go to town. Also swapping to synthos too obviously.
I need to run that mission. I've been using the celestial hunter with combination blow and strand grapple melee. Its been quite fun!
I have been running this build with licky pants malph, the melee damage is already so high that adding a melee exotic is sometimes Overkill, lucky pants gives me insane midrange damage too incase i cant get the melee chain going
I haven't touched my titan in 2 full seasons. This season, I've made the decision to ignore him forever.
I replace Fragment Dawn with Sacrifice since artifact gives Radiant for free.
The benefit of syntho though, is it works with grapple melee

Can you test to see if bastion stacks I know one two punch doesn't but it has a different version.
Macrics said this in the video but one two punch lessens liars damage but they equal out the same with one two punch and without so u don’t have to run a shotgun with one two punch for max damage letting you be more flexible with weapons
