I converted all my gas cans years ago. New gas cans with those nozzles are more hazardous now than ever before. When government officials get involved trying to re-invent the wheel nothing good comes out of it. My friend, once again excellent job . See on your next video take care.
New plastic gas cans are a joke to us "common sense" folk nowadays. This conversion kit really does the trick. Thanks for the video!

I reuse the gallon seafoam with the small vp spout... Works fine if I don't need multiple gallons of gas.
Your gas cans are different to ours Tom. Those old spouts seem a bit complicated. But the new ones do the trick. Our spouts have the breather in them & are flexible. 👊👍😎....🦘
The screen in the tank is a "flame mitigation device" but i agree with you about debris. You can pull it out with a pair of needle nose and cut it with a razor like we do.

Surprised that kit came with a drill bit. To use for the vent install. I just used, a harbor freight step drill for mine. Love how you are giving the EPA the middle finger.😁 I applaud 👐 you, sir!

The screen in the gas can is a spark arrestor, not a filter.

The tanks won't leak out of the vents? I didn't see any gasket before they were popped into each tank

@@Stihlalive044 i dont think they'll leak because the gas wont actually reach the vents since i put them in the highest spot
