certain ones of God's children have or have been given truly exceptional gifts in one form or fashion . . . this is just one fine example of that . . . . and we are truly blessed to be able to experinece that gift . . . . . . . . . . . . . . very, very blessed
Celine is the gold standard; I have several of her albums. What a beautiful song and performance! Class selection and reaction -- thank you, Dave and Harri!
There are two types of voices I love, especially in female vocalists, one is exemplified by the magnificent Celine and Barbra Streisand. Big, bold, brassy, yet tuneful and understandable. The other side of the coin and one that is so spiritual to me is the angelic Karen Carpenter. Soft, pitch perfect, emotional, haunting, intimate and angelic. Love both styles. This song is such a great example of the big and brassy style, like Barbra's version of Somewhere. Yet my soul still cries out for Karen when I need comforting or to be at peace. Do ya'll get what I mean?
She's actually doing better these days! Yes! there's no cure for SPS at this time, but she's sounding more like herself. Still not to her standards but she's getting there!!!🤞🏼
Probably one of my all time favorite songs...and movies....and singers!!! This is one of the most haunting songs ever. I'm in tears every time I hear it! God bless you Celine! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
From the movie," Titanic" this song was once considered the Song of the Century. With Celine's emotional delivery of the exceptionally romantic lyrics, the beautiful flute solo along with the melodic strings and guitar made a best selling single. The prominent tin whistle delivers throughout this masterpiece. Beautiful live version, her beautiful voice unforgettable. Sending Celine love and prayers. 💕💕 Lovely review Harri and great choice Dave. 👏👏 Cheers from Canada ❤️❤️🇨🇦🇨🇦
Thanks to Dave and Harri, heartfelt wishes go out to Céline. Years ago she was going to do a concert in Halifax, Nova Scotia and there was a backlash from locals who thought she wasn't cool enough. They created enough noise she canceled the concert and her real fans who would have showed up in droves were denied the chance to see her live.
Thank you Dave for a great song choice ❤ Have heard this one quiet a few times Titanic one of the most difficult movies, to watch because the ending is given 😭😭😭
Love this song, didn't like this performance. Live performances can often be disappointing. However, her live of River Deep, Mountain High, I've always enjoyed.
God Bless her , Many Prayers for her health. Thank you Celine , feel better and come back to the stage where you belong. All the best
Awwwww. Thank you for doing this. She's an amazing woman. We all hope she will eventually sing on stage again soon. 🩷🩷🩷
Who was she referring to before she started singing ?
Her voice gives me chills, all throughout this song, esp after Rene's death. She'll be back, I have every faith we will hear her sing again.
There are no words. God love Celine. Wonderful performance here.
Tears, and Prayers from this 77 yr old. She is a Historic performer. The emotion is here too.
She is not 77 😮

We remember her growing up and singing as a Canadian, along with René Simard ❤❤❤ 2 great Quebecois 🎉🎉🎉
U cant beat Celine for a great song!!❤

Clint, thanks for sharing this. I won't be visiting or seeing the residents who think that they are too cool for Celine.

Je crois que c'est cette chanson qui as débuté sa carrière comme chanteuse ,internationale ❤
This was a wonderful performance! Great request and wonderful commentary. Celine is another great gift from Canada 🍁 Thanks Harri and Dave. 🌺✌️
Debbie - I am thrilled that you enjoyed this one from Celine. Harri, your review and commentary were spot on once again.
Thank you Dave for a great song choice ❤

Agnete, thank you. I understand exactly what you mean about the movie's effect on many people.
@@davebzen795 Saw the movie once and have never felt like watching again
Thank you for understanding 😇🙏🥰
Vive Québec! Vive Céline! Vive Canada!
My favorite standout CD by her is Taking Chances. Very much edgey and avant garde.
Not her best performance but very heartfelt. Thank you to Dave and Harri.
John, I couldn't agree more on both counts. Her courage and determination are to be admired.
What was date of this performance?
The producers used autotune and / pitch correction in this recording. Celine does not sound so nasal live.

Man, her recent documentary is very strange and disturbing. I kind of wish I hadn't watched it.
If you don’t get her that is your problem not hers. That documentary is absolutely normal
@@Cynthia... if you are not a real fan this documentary is not for you
@@Cynthia... in this case there is because Celine is entitled to have her documentary however she wants
@@Cynthia... I don't know if it's bad. It's was just upsetting to me. She's got some serious health problems.
