Custom-designed quad 1.1" Chicago Piano AA Gun

I have an idea as to why it was called a piano, I think it stems to the British Pom Pom mounts which goes Pom Pom Pom Pom when firing and the quad 1.1 inch mount has a similar sound to it

From this educational video about the British Qf Pom Pom mount we can see it at 2:23 as a British Royal Navy sea man explains the origin of the nickname.
As for the Americans with the mount being similar to the British mount they kind of just copied the nickname but gave it the name "Chicago" to at least differentiate between the British mount and the American mount respectively.
Though I could be wrong but hey it was an attempt!
