@@anon2414 didn’t miss that one. There has been a few places his told him to do it and it was fine. There has to be just one rule and place where it goes
that's cool of Junior taking Ray on his side job and teaching him how to set up the job. say what you will about Ray messing up sometimes, but he wants to learn everything about the job to make himself a more valuable member of the Victory team.
A guy that shows up on time, with a good attitude can be taught how to do things even if they make mistakes. I was impressed with how Ray was attentive and set that form in a timely manner.
Ray learning shows he really cares about his job wants to be able to to everything Jr teaching him the right safe way to do things, and a few tricks of the trade.
I liked watching Ray come on the job with you. You are very much following in your fathers footsteps. The patience you show when your showing Ray how to properly do something & explaining the why vs just saying do it how i say - that shows how mature you are. Keep being you!!!! Ray, you have to appreciate your willing & wanting to learn. You might not know how to do something, but you sure are willing to give it a good shot. Great team
Fair play to Ray he wants to learn and better him self and well done ryan for giving him the chance and advising him instead of ray struggling keep up the work boys
Great video Ryan! It's obvious you are a very conscientious worker. Would have no problem hiring you (and Ray) for a concrete project. The way you took the time to explain to Ray his tasks were very respectful and NON condescending. It's apparent your people skills are well above your typical 21-year-old! Keep up the good work. You are on the right path for great success in whatever occupation you choose; whether it be concrete, ministering, teaching, acting or film editing. 👍🚛Big hugs to Ray too!
Very nice of you to teach Ray the ropes on your side jobs. I believe he will be a great asset to have around on the side. Junior I would like to say I also enjoy your humor 😇
Safety first not only goes for you but for Ray too. I cringed when I saw him cutting with a circular saw with NO SAFETY GLASSES! That's taking a big chance on Ray losing an eye. Please, please, please, get him a pair of safety glasses! Otherwise, I love the professionalism and quality you put into your work. BRAVO!
Ray is soooooo right when he said you can pick up so much when watching, getting the practice is the next step, and working with RJ is a great way to learn, enjoying the videos, regards, john from Cornwall UK
Jr. This was much fulfillment for the view and Raymond. Congratulations on taking this One on one experience with Raymond a lifetime of achievement in a chance to hands on and use his shiny new tools and put his mark on them. It's like FREEDOM when you get your driver's license for the first time or a first vehicle! Memorable for Ray! And I feels like olden day's what a wonderful feeling and memorie it once was. And for Ray a chance to put his hands on a tool rather then take the sidelines. I believe that your the best person with heart and patience and yes grace! To mentor Ray without others being destructive or distracted. Thank you for this video looking forward to seeing more of you and Ray this was educational as well as providing entertainment . Can't wait for the next one the pour hope rays involved. And hope he doesn't shoe up late for work at Victory yard!👍🙏🏻
Great to see Big Ray on the tools you can see on the Victory channel when he's doing his job he's still watching what's going on and how the lads are getting the site ready to pour, Asking questions and picking up the tricks of the trade, The same goes when they're pouring concrete. The Victory team appear to be a good crew to learn from at least that's how it comes across on the videos so keep up the the good work Ray putting in the hard yards you'll knock it out of the park. Keep up the good work also Junior it's good to see the younger generation having a go and not afraid of putting in the work to succeed.
I like how Ray has spent money on tools, even at a time where prices of these tools is high, I may be wrong, but what I've seen thus far, his job don't require tools.......He does 3 important jobs, none of them require tools of his own.....Driving the dump trucks, driving the buggy, washing the tools/ putting tools away.......Junior done good today taking his time to show Ray different things, I hope what he shows Ray sticks, but I get the feeling he will be telling him the same things in a couple of jobs time......
It’s amazing seeing Ray wanting to learn so much, it’s always a great feeling to work with someone who is eager to learn. Ray trying to learn on your Dad’s job site is more difficult because your dad needs him for other task’s, which is totally understandable. If he decides to do more side jobs with you he can for-sure grow his knowledge in the concrete industry. It’s such a vibe seeing you guys work together, very calm and collective. Great Video Junior! 🙌
Didn’t expect this duo but I like it!! Ryan sr should let big ray get a little more hands on, he was so happy to finally put on his tool belt 😂 cool dude.
Great job Ryan, I kinda feel like I'm watching your dad work 15 years ago. You definitely have it down on what you are doing! Big Ray is one of those guys who you just want around, through good and bad he'll have something to say that will make you laugh. Rock with Junior style!!!
Keep up the good work guys, glad to see ray being put to work and learning from the best! But ray could probably put his belt in the track Machine if there isn't any space.
Ray, had become my favorite. Hard worker, funny and just a lovable guy. Ryan, you certainly are getting into your own groove. You sound like your Dad, but only Jr. Style. ❤

When I was 13 my dad hired me to use those dumb little concrete forms that looked like stones from the supply store to build a path to our barn, he bought 75 bags of concrete (which I could barely carry) and I started work. Oh my goodness my back, legs and knees were killing me, then he ran out and said ran was coming in 2 days so I needed to hurry it up, I was hauling concrete one wheelbarrow:single bag all day… it was never gonna rain, he just wanted to get it done lol 😂 then after all was done he said I wasn’t lined up well lol thanks dad
