Earliest I've gotten here yet. Can't overstate how much I love these awesome builds! This AWD version is sure to be the best yet, I'm so anxious to see it rip cyclones in the snow.
this is honestly the first build that you have done that scares me. please consider putting some kind of driveshaft hoop on it i would hate to see you loses a leg if it brakes.
I wouldn't be to concerned about the leg and he might invest in some titanium to Fab up a cup so the jewels stay intacted! You can't get fake nuts that work like the real ones, shit he could probably build a better leg than the one he has anyway. Always protect the nuts! If not the name would have to change to,"GROUND HARD PLUMBING".
“High quality, really thought out, crazy builds” I love you guys and what you do. I watch way too much TH-cam but this channel is at the top of my list.
You guys might not see this comment in the barrage, but I just wanna say you guys really do it right. No filler vids, never uploading just for view farming. Just great work, and majestic editing making it all a pleasure to watch. Seriously!
I find your videos very therapeutic and i enjoy it very much, its so relaxing and educational and its kept me calm and happy and i hope i get to see many more of it.
It's coming along nicely. Only thing I would have tried to do differently, would be to make the controls as car-like as possible. Foot throttle, brakes, clutch. The foot brake would operate all brakes, but have the front/rear bias adjustable, then work out a way to have hand operated, hydraulic hand (or E) brake to lock only the rears, like drift cars have. That option does not look doable now as there isn't enough room! I know you guys will make it work though, & I can't wait to see it completed & out there shredding!
I would recommend taking the brake master cylinder and braking arrangement off a Polaris Sportsman ATV. The front master operates both front and rear brakes which works well enough because there are two front rotors and one rear, and they do have a separate foot brake that actuates the rear caliper independently. You don't need that to drive but it *is* a hydro handbrake haha. Anyway I'd totally rip off how Polaris does it because they have one circuit for all the brakes and it works fine.
I gotta say, I have noticed your fab skills really refine over the last year and how ever long since you built the first cart. Nice to see a young man develop his skills! Keep up the good work!
bad ass build for sure! Id worry about the 90* out of phase u joints on the driveshaft from the motor to the chaincase? (as well as the steering shaft?)
Can't believe that 16 people gave this a Thumbs down. I am ALWAYS Blown away with the craftsmanship and artistic mindset that you have with these AMAZING Builds. I don't know if this comes naturally, or if you went to school for it...either way..you ARE AWESOME.
Im so happy i was able to fined a youtube Channel that i love watching and is local to me. Like when yall go to ride in the mountains i love seeing place i know and can relate to. Keep up the great work on the amazing builds yall do.
You guys motivated me to build a little V6 in Solid Edge. Because I would like to build a Nissan Gtr with a little V6 turbo engine or mabey a Hybrid supercar. I just hope you keep uploading this videos for a long time.
Maybe weld a brace over the top of the drive shaft? It will provide a weld point for the steering column and also protect your legs if a u-joint ever breaks.
I love this channel. Can everyone share this channel with everyone. Maybe that way they can get more views and generate more revenue and be able to buy some actual materials. I'm not saying I'm not impressed or entertained by the effort put forth or the ingenuity. Its just.... aluminum tie rods... it's already scary watching you send it on these mild steel builds, now I'll need a drink to watch you send it... love you guys!
I was literally wondering about this project this morning as soon as I woke up and then while at work I got a notification saying you have another video for this project finally. I was so stoked to get off work. 🤜🤛💯😎
You were on point calling it a grinder or a sander. Potato, tomato. Nice shirt BTW! Love the way you guys are using the machine and spreading the word. Thank you so much.
@@ryanf2709 you don't prime for clear coat silly. You clear it so you can see the metal look still and no rust. Clear makes it pop more to especially if it's all brushed.
it's impressive to see how the crafmantship has improved in these projects over time. Can't wait to see what you come up with for the next one! Keep it up and best of luck!
Amazing build as always! I've been with you since Barbie Cart, and every build you do is better than the last! This one is no exception. I have some constructive criticism though! You guys could benefit from learning about optimal use of u-joints, especially angles of two connected u-joints. The way you made the steering wheel angle is going to make the steering quite bad, due to the shortcomings of u-joints and your design choices.
It's just steering and it worked great too! With adjustable Ackerman! How could you ask for more? That will last plenty long enough before it breaks. It's designed to be removable so it can be replaced if need be anyways.
@@adamfortenberry8775 The problem I'm talking about is not to do with the steering geometry. It's about how they angled the U joints in the steering column, because the way it is set up now will give unequal wheel turn movement per degree of steering wheel movement in different parts of the steering wheel rotation.
You guys might want to think about putting it on a car scale, the one where u put a scale under every tire and find out where the weight distribution is b4 yall go much farther. I mean your putting all this time and money into this badass go cart so why not make it distributed perfectly. Uk add in gas weight, oil, every thing else. u guys should probaly get one so u can make all your next builds even more perfect! Love your show guys! keep em coming.

It would be much safer to just build a couch. A lot less scary.

It is amazing how compact you're able to keep this; considering its 4wd.

More brackets dammit

Love that beefy dif guard so much
dare I say GHPC 2 sounds as good as the main channel?
Something about the timelapse music in this week's edit made me so happy. This was such great video to watch.

Always humourous. Tons of comedy if you know what your watching.
Love the wheel tire comb. Totally killer.
Keep it up Grind Hard!
This is by far the sickest build ya'll have done IMHO.
Kept hitting refreshing waiting for this, thank you!
Grindy goodness
Never fail to amaze
Fab work is on point, cinematography is killer, audio and music are well paired and placed.
Excellent as always gents 👍

I will never stop enjoying these grinders
The amount of fab work and brains needed to do this kind of work is huge.
Really really awesome.
Insane fabrication and cinematography like always! Keep on grinding

Looking good, I may be wrong but I think your steering U-joint are not clocked correctly... Looking forward to seeing this thing run!
You are right! You guys need to fix that
This chassis is a work of art, fair play Ethan.
them breaks with the beat drop and so-mo shots... good god
Has to be by far the sickest build yet but i love them all in their own right
Beyond all of the epic level stuff going on here, that contour tool is legit.
im beyond impressed, blow my mind with 4 wheel steer!!!!
Was thinking same and planned to make the suggestion when I saw you'd beat me to it.
4x4 Coming together nicely guys. Won’t be to much longer and you’ll have it driving around

Dude the pure artistry in this build. I really hope you dont blow those diffs since theyre flipped but it is what it is.
A build show with good tunes RARE
you should put one of those intake scuba things. So you can go in deep water without flooding the engine, and it would look pretty cool
Such a crazy complex build, I can’t imagine the planning this thing takes. Great work!
Bro the music in this video goes hard
Fantastic build gents,keep em coming
I have never waited so impatiently for a series of videos

Best build yet 🔥🔥
That’s tube that looked like a weapon was actually beautiful when you held it up, perfect
Love watching your thought process, amazes me what you come up with in your builds.
Cool project. Can't wait to see it rip.

Awesome build guys! My kids wish I could build this for them.
Craziest build yet!!! Good job guys.

You guy's always make the coolest karts bro thanks for sharing
So much great engineering is going into this... Quite impressive...
I give you guys a hundred percent respect you guys badass fabricaters
I cannot believe how great those wheels look on this thing! Get that design on an auto wheel i tell a what!
Glad to see you guys are expanding. I don't live far from you - just over the state line in WA
Holy crap Guys! Awesome work! Can't wait to see this finished! Thanks so much!

Looks like a huge rc truck when setting low on the work table
This is the coolest thing ever built on TH-cam

When a go kart is more "Trail Rated" than an actual Jeep.
I agree it funny though
And honestly i prefer this over a actuall jeep
OK, since the beginning the senderalla compared to now, it just has became so much cleaner the welds the process the recording its beautiful!
