The recipe has "tel" in its title, meaning oil. This is supposed to be an oily somewhat greasy in texture. This is not an everyday kind of recipe. The mustard paste adds some extra zing, so the last addition of oil before plating is not necessary. Most importantly, you can always reduce the quantity of oil as per your liking.

Please it is a request that while u are cooking kindly reduce oil quantity I know it is tel koi but oil is excessive it might be the reason of stomach disease

There's too much oil, very unhealthy, even to pre fry it you've used so much oil. Do you eat the oil or just the fish, I know it's tel koi but that much😕
