I enjoyed Kingdom! I enjoyed that you showed similarities between the film and Persian philosophy. The message of Caesar was not fully known over time and the king purposefully twisted his message to create a kingdom and try to expand it and place humans below the apes. Can't wait to see the next movie in this series.
Love your reference to Cyrus the Great! I spent a year at university reading, with a great professor, the ancient Greek political philosopher Xenophon's account of Cyrus the Great called Cyropaedia (The Education of Cyrus). Cyrus the Great was Xenophon's ideal of the great statesman! I've not seen the new film. I'm a fan of the original from 1968, which was an adaption of a French novel by the legendary American sci fi and horror writer/screenwriter / producer Rod Serling. I think when the themes are seen as parallels to mankind's historical journey, the concept is a very good one. You can show very difficult truths about mankind through this kind of fantasy.
This video represents why there are too many podcasts and why there shouldn't be more without Criteria, especially when the vast majority of the interview consists of words unrelated to the topic, along with synonyms, jokes to fill time, incorrect interpretations, etc. Starting the video with a question, then making jokes about it, then asking it again, now comes the explanation, and guess what? more jokes about the same question, is just wasting the time of those watching this. No prio information, no actual research, nothing different from the rest or without any contribution that is worthwhile. People should read more Chekhov to AVOID being like this.
Thank you for your feedback. Our goal is to create engaging and enjoyable content, balancing informative discussion with a bit of humor to keep things lighthearted. We'll take your comments into account as we continue to improve. Also, Chekhov is a great recommendation for anyone looking to improve their storytelling and communication skills. Thanks again for watching and sharing your thoughts!
The Madagascar insert had me howling
Great to hear 😂 That's how we both function in society as undercover monkeys! One of us can read and the other can talk

Although the Caesar trilogy is darker, I do think you should watch it. It's very emotional and impactful.
We are so intrigued by Caesar's story. It's definitely on our list 👍
2 baddies thoughts on movie plots

Apes* not monkeys. Please educate yourself on topics before speaking on it…

Thank you like 99% of what they’ve said is so inaccurate and I’m only 10 minutes into watching the video 🤦♀️
