Marc can't be there to protect her 24/7. He has to let her make choices. Margo shouldn't be disrespectful towards her father. He wants what's best. I'm a single father raising kids so I understand both sides.
Margo had to snap at Dad, more so because Dad wants her under total control and without any opinions. His "what I say, go" attitude was tugging at her BF's heart!!! He was definitely going to flipping through the roof and now wanted to stop her having that, too!!! Resolutions will be tough, this needs a heart-to-heart without the snapping!! Dad should look into the mirror, how did he get Margo if he didn't date Margo's mum when younger?? Hypocrite!!!! Jake is no better now he has shown true colors too!!!

Could not agree more, @@niasharp9049. I know a girl, who I love like she's my little sister and like she's my daughter, who was beaten and raped by her own brother. At first, I was ticked. But after hearing her story, I was conflicted. You see, before I met her, she was in a dark place. Her brother, before beating and raping her, bullied her. Her mother, always drunk. And her father use to beat her. But the only light in her dark world was her sister. She loved her so much, very much like how she loved her. She even sees her as more her mother than her biological mother. They even use to get ice cream once a week, sometimes twice a week because of their biological father. One day, they were going back to that house from getting ice cream, thinking things have cooled down (No ice cream pun intended), when things didn't cool down. Her sister was murdered by her biological father. But not before he forced her brother to watch as he does so. He then killed himself, not out of guilt but to avoid being in jail. She never attended her sister's funeral because, understandably, she was in so much pain. Just when things couldn't get any worse, there was what he brother started doing that I mentioned. All while her mother was busy with bringing home guys to "Play" with. Eventually, instead of stepping up, she upped and ditched her own daughter. After hear the story, I became conflicted on how I should feel about him. On one hand, I was still angry at how he treated her. But on the other hand, I felt bad for him because he was forced to suffer so much that day. We met on an online game and so she never told me where she's at because she doesn't want me to get hurt. As much as I wanted to go around America to find her, I respected her wish. I hated that but I don't want to risk making things worse for her. But as we got closer, I was able to give her the strength to run from her brother. Sure she got beaten more but I was, and still am, proud of her for doing because she's finally standing up for herself. But when she showed him a picture of their sister, I became even more proud of her because she finally helped him open his eyes to how much grief he put her and, posthumously, their sister through. That left him in a state so vulnerable that he dropped her off at an orphanage. She got adopted by a family that loves her like I do and made and lives with a gay couple, who she loves like they're her brothers. Later, her brother came back into her life. Turns out, he gotten the help he needed and switched from being straight to gay. Thought he'd get another girlfriend but, hey, who am I to judge. At first, she saw me as a replacement brother because he only apologized their biological mother leaving and not towards his treatment towards her in the past. But then, I convinced her to talk to him in the end and now things are good between them

I used to want a boyfriend at 14 and when my parents didn’t allow that, I thought my parents were being 👹 but I see that they only wanted the best for me and not have to learn things the hard way. In fact, I’m very glad to be single.

He was right Jake didn’t know what love is. All he was doing was acting like a kind citizen while in reality he lied to the nicest girl the whole world could ever ask for and practically left her with nothing.

This reminds me of the Despicable Me character called Margo and her relationship with her adoptive dad Gru in the first movie telling him he's never gonna be her dad and her encounters with boys in the second and third movies of the franchise. Anyway what was going on with the Margo in this video that she tries to shut the door in her dad's face? Is that dad Mark alcoholic and abusive or something, he sounds out of control with his anger which would explain Margo behaving the way she is? I'm glad he calmed down in the end and acknowledging he needs to let his daughter grow and learn and make mistakes on her own.
