Simon, loved the video! I'm in eastern Canada and have never been to the Canadian Rockies. I found the route you took and will definitely do it myself, hopefully next summer.
Wow, what incredible scenery! It was worth it just to see the scene behind you when you get water at 3:22! I had to watch this video twice at full screen because it was so spectacular. 🤩 Maybe this will inspire a new photo sport, "Run, Shoot, Run." 😁
Hey mate, mid to the end of September is normally best. Always changes each year but the window is pretty small. We did this run on around the 29th of September I think. Unusual to have no snow around then. I've also been there around that time and camped in -10°c in the snow!
Ah man class video and great achievement! Keen to see more!
Thanks dude, got some big running trips planned for next summer. Bunkering down for the winter at the moment though!
Class!! So good the have done this with you 👍
Thanks Karl, always. Good running partner!

Ha ha, it's hard not to stop for photos when you have scenery like that!
Incredibly beautiful. Keep running, but stop for photos!

Wondering when is a good time to see those trees in yellow color? Thank you!
