    The fhee from butter by mrs.Anitha & mrs. Chitra was so அட்டகாசம். Very nice to see and learn. Pl.keep it up. Tq mams. May god bless u.

Hei chitra n Anitha Mams, gudevening. I tried for ghee from butter inwhich I got ghee in a good manner. Tq so much both of u. அனிதா மேடம் எல்லோருக்கும் நெய் காய்ச்ச தெரியும் but this is only for beginners என்று சொன்னார்கள். But, actually many ladies don't know. What a simple and humble woman she is; " both of u vazhga nalamudan ".

The presentation of வெண்ணெய் காய்ச்சுவது by chitra Murali mam & Anitha mam was so beautiful. Chitra murali mam is so active always. அவர்கள் எல்லோருக்கும் சிரித்துக்கொண்டே சொல்லும் விதம் (the way of presentation with others also very gud n very nice. I ll watch always and almost all the samayal items. Tq so much. Anitha's as well. " வாழ்க வளமுடன் "

Chitra mam U are a cook urself and it needs real good heart that u appreciate and share what viewers tell about anitha mams cooking..
I respect and appreciate u telling all credit goes to anitha mam..which she really deserves but it's great to hear a cook appreciating another cook's cooking..
    God bless you both!
Specially as u said..aderasam.. my mom was surprised that I made a traditional sweet that she still gets a little nervous to even try...
    thank you both!

Thanks for the tips. After making the ghee, kasandu which you get out of it need not to be wasted. My grandma used to mix that kasandu along with roasted wheat flour and sugar and she make as a ball and make that as a sweet. that taste delicious. You can also have that without adding wheat flour & only with sugar and kasandu. You can also use that kasandu when preparing a dough for chapati or roti. My grandma used to give these tips when she was doing. Great work. Keep going Chitra.

I am in UK and always bought some English brands that smells like cough syrup. Thank you,, I tried the second time following this method with store bought anchor butter. Very nice and thank you and your friend who explained in detail. Very first time when I tried, I scrubbed the conversation and therefore missed her saying to keep the flame low. The end product was bit burned. Never mind I used it all.
But this time I watched the entire show without scrubbing...... and there I found her talking about sim flame. I did,,,,, and got lovely ghee. 👍👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏

i have a sugesstion dont take this as critisism. there are 2 method of making ghee. we used to have cow & buffello when i was growing up. we used to sell milk & ghee. people will ask for "vellai kachal & little murugal kachal. i always think ghee shuld be golden brown .only that way it brings out actual ghee flavour.the sedements shd be in light brown at the end. in that way life of ghee is longer with out going stale fast . it shld be clarified . that is why it is clled clarified butter,

ya, i just made a batch of ghee using the store bought butter.. and after leaving it over night, it separated into 2 layer.. the translucent bright yellow (like oil) on top with a few flakes floating on it..
and the sediment with pale yellow color.. like sediment of cloudy stuff..
i thought ghee is suppose to be only 1 layer.. not 2 layer with sediment..
is it some where i did wrong ?
i didn't let my ghee making process temperature to go up to over 110C. so the bottom didn't fried. it just like cloudy sediment which i later filtered away using coffee filter paper.
