#15 was the best, most "customize to what's best for you and you're interests" home. The others needed serious updating, especially for light fixtures.
Thinking of moving to Atlanta within a year. And I love those homes but I also have 2 kids so need to get a home in a community with great school rating.
I live in California but I bought a 4300 sq ft home on an acre in a nice sub division (no HOA) in Georgia last year for retirement. I don't plan on moving to Georgia for at least 2 years but I noticed the newer homes are getting expensive with less property. I travel every 2-3 months to Georgia, I love it out there and can't wait to retire to a slower, greener pace life!
@@somethingnewornotsomething4488 on an acre thats awesome 👌 big land. I also dont want any HOA. I bet I will love something like that too. Sound peaceful and beautiful. Maybe we might be neighbors lol.
All of these are +30 minutes from the city.. which is good if that's what you want. They are also all northern 'burbs.. Fayette and Coweta counties on the south side have much better bang for the buck; great schools, more elbow room, etc.. $450k goes verrrry far down here. And, nowhere near as much traffic.
There is one house on here that is a diamond in the rough that we have been eyeing that I for sure you were going to think your were going to miss. Great job, you listed it! Thanks for the video. :)
@@CraigLevine It was the house on Carriage Walk Lane. It is under contract. So we missed out on it, however we placed a bid another great one in the Cumming Area
@@Tippy2forU Lol....not a single one of these homes is ITP. Closest one is Alpharetta? Yeah....next thing you're going to tell me is you live in the Atlanta suburbs with a Macon address. Enjoy your "in-town" property there.
Wow so all your showings are above I20. There some very beautiful homes that meet or surpass these in Fayette county or Coweta county. Even south Fulton county. or Douglass county. Some even in gated communities.
People have been flooding out of California for the past decade if not more. No one is wanting to pay that much for such a tiny home anymore. They are moving to Texas and parts of the deep South.
First time to your channel...They were beautiful houses loved the pools...but you should up house descriptions...how many bedrooms...bathrooms..basement...in law suite etc
What’s are some nice apartments in a nice and pretty safe neighborhood for a newcomer moving to Atlanta? I’ve been searching and I have found some nice apts, but a bit pricey for my budget. I’m interested in the Sandy Springs, Durwood’s or Vinings area.
My suggestion to to first find a job and live as close as possible to the job. Traffic is a nightmare and you don't want to spend 1/3 of your life sitting in traffic. Sandy Springs, Dunwoody and Vinings are nice areas, but where is your job located? Also most of the apt's are just cheap unsafe death traps. The doors lack the security needed to prevent a forced break in. Get yourself a firearm, yes even in the nice areas break ins occur. Most of the time they happen when you are at work. So word to the wise don't buy nice expensive stuff before you buy a home. Save your money and get a home as quickly as you can.
Craig that one house with a room full of "popcorn cielings" was not worthy to be in this video. Also, the house in which the owner was piling his/her firewood on the side deck is pretty weak/ That is just "food" for the termites.
People enjoying king size swimming pools in their backyard in Atlanta, meanwhile you'll be lucky to find a house with full bathtub for under 500k in NY here where I live. Feel so jealous.
Craig Levine No, I would never do this. I actually watched a few minutes of it. It’s just funny how TH-cam recommends videos - and I commented to let you know that you actually reached someone in Germany. Isn’t that fantastic. I think it’s pretty cool. Best wishes
Number 15 and number 6 are perfect for me. I love the kitchen’s and the outside space. I love everything about these 2 homes.
#15 was the best, most "customize to what's best for you and you're interests" home. The others needed serious updating, especially for light fixtures.
Do more of these with basements ( finished).
I just love the way you give us these tour’s.Beauty homes
There are so many different style houses.I love them all. I wish them could find their right owner. Great job Craig!

Keep our number handy!

All of the homes are magnificent 👌👌👌 👌👌 👌👌 👌 2 or 3 of them caught my attention. Keep it up 👍👍👍 👍👍 👍. My mind's changing more and more. Thanks Sir 👍👍👍
Can i buy a house on non immigrant visa

These homes would be nearly 5x more here in SoCal...so jealous.
Move to ATL and live the good life!

I love number 7, 6 but 1 is my favorite I can picture my little family there
Not a single one was actually “Atlanta”. I wouldn’t even call all of those metro Atlanta.
Xi Luo I came here to say the same thing.
That is what you would call it and not what it actually is considered in Georgia but what would you know.

Living outside the 285 perimeter can be disastrous if you work inside the perimeter. Atlanta area traffic rivals that of Los Angeles.

You sound like you are in the know. We try to find deals all over. Will consider a South Atlanta video soon. Let us know if that's what you want.

How close is my job? That's the 1st thing people consider...
I love your videos very interesting. Thank you
Amazing how much you can get for under 500 k. I live in So Cal. My house is less than 1200 sq. ft. Going for 435 k to start. No joke.

This is exactly what I’m looking for how’s the tax in Atlanta
I was wondering the same thing. "Taxes per Year" great looking homes
My favorite #14.
How many of these properties are still on the market at the price?
What i think about the homes, are that they are beautiful works of art that are worth nothing by being in a neighborhood.
You make me want to move to Atlanta.
Any more pool homes still around
what your inventory of Townhouse???
I loved#10&14
Beautiful houses
Some I like
WHO MADE THE BEAT
Do you know what these houses with that type of property sell for in California or Washington State?? A lot more than half a million.
I'm sorry, do you have any concept of where Atlanta is? Hint, it's nowhere near E.llijay
Is everything in the building included
Interested in # 2 please give more info
Like 2 And 1. Cozy
Hi Craig I need a 6 bedroom house with a finish basement and a pool please.

Monica Pak call me to chat
I'm looking for a house and land. 50 plus acres. Must be zoned business and residential
if it's far away from stores, schools, restaurants.... yeah... it's cheaper.
Love 14
How's the race relations in them there parts?

It will get rid of drugs and crime hang outs
Where is this.
You very good 👍
Is this true??? I live in new York and its damn expensive here....
It's true. In South Atlanta (30331 or 30349), there are homes even more impressive than these in that price range.
Yes thats why all the Stars moved there. A Big Home with acres
Love 6
gosh if only Australian house look like that at that price....
Most of these houses have cheap ass siding!
ALL BRICK PLEASE! #nextcaaaase 👨🏾⚖
Wil consider video with all brick sided homes. Won't be cheap though!
I like 14 5. 6 3; 1 nice 💯
14
Seen #5 on Zillow and I'm amazed by the transformation. Looks like they went all out. Is this for sale? It says sold in November.
Why are the houses there so cheap ?
💗
A lot of them are dated especially the kitchens. Too close to neighbors too.
Im a twenty something in Germany. Why is this getting recommended to me
Sorry. Not sure but don't give us a thumbs down. Thanks champ!
