నిజానికి విసుగు అంటేనే మనసు అని గ్రహించాలి. విసుగు తో పోరాటం అనేది, మనసుతో పోరాటం లాంటిది... ఈ విసుగు అనేది నీడ లాగా పోనే పోదు అని గ్రహించాలి..
కనుక అన్ని రకాల emotions ను కేవలం పక్కన పెట్టాలి లేదా పట్టించుకోకూడదు...
