Я не профи, но мне кажется, что такой ремонт только на продажу. Один-два раза показать, что узел работает. То, что это наебнется через неделю эти ребята понимают.
И Термичка и ТВЧ такая, -ну да ,ну да, пошла я нафиг, А то что эти зубья наваренные сносит через пол дня работы. Хотяяяя, о чем это я , если тот песок что попал в коробку от разборки, не сожрет все раньше

@@BrassLock I'm all for percussive encouragement...and if that don't work get the acetalene out... however, my comment was alluding to the benifits in efficiency and effectiveness gained by having the right tool for the job. A work bench, pullers and pliers would cost about a couple of hundred bucks and speed up and improve the quality of every job.
They probably have a puller in hand but why use them if the gears/parts are easily coming out with a gentle tap here...with a gentle tap there? Using a puller when not really needed will just prolong/delay the job.

I am impressed considering I'm a retired diesel mechanic and gas for being on the ground working in the condition I've never seen such quality work turned out I haven't worked in the field like that
Watching them savage the parts of the transmission taking it apart and repair it with nothing more than a stick welder, basically lathe, and grinder is nothing short of amazing considering the local and the most basic of tools. That they get this thing put back together and it works is all the more amazing. Dumping the transmission lube out on the ground and cleaning the parts with gasoline is the topping on the video.

@@aarbamlel Na verdade vai ter o estabelecimento interditado e vai receber uma multa bem gorda. Mas esse tipo de coisa é comum aqui, já trabalhei um uma oficina em que o ambiente era bem desse jeito. Em países ricos, as coisas são bem mais rigorosas

Also, sad to say, I noticed all up and down this street, there is not a single tree ! not a single green living thing. I imagine the soil is pretty full of engine oil. Эвольвента на зубьях шестерни нарезается с точностью до сотых долей миллиметра на специальных станках, а не на глаз с помощью болгарки и какой-то матери. Хочешь, я скажу сколько километров проедет техника на редукторе, отремонтированном подобным образом. Них*я она не проедет. И никакая вера в рай и ад не поможет этой технике поработать сколь-нибудь длительное время. Через пару недель, когда снова сожрёт зубья опять будут перебирать.
@@МишаСмирнов-х2у это не те зубья ! Это зубья синхрона, а ему пофиг на профиль, если кольцо спокойно заходит то все ок. Другое дело что там должен быть клин специфической формы, без него переключение передачи становится немного сложней 😱. Кроме того там лютая закалка. Поэтому шестерню проще поменять чем восстановить

Душа болела, смотря на эту работу. Аж куски отскакивают металла с осей при демонтаже шестерен. Зубило и стальной молоток стоило бы местами заменить на съемник (это совсем не дорогое приспособление) и киянку.
Если экскаватор немецкий или японский то от увиденного создатели бы в гробу перевернулись. На 13.55 ждал когда один другому кувалдой жбан снесет. Судя по всему это не первый раз в этой конторе и по той же причине , по ходу сварки по коленой шестерни на долго не хватает.
Я думал что видел похуизм в самых крайних его проявлениях, но то как работают эти ребята подняло планку на новый уровень =) у них блядь даже стен нет, они перебирают трансмиссию прямо в пыли у дороги!!!!

Kто хоть раз к ним пришёл - у у них и остался на пожизненном ремонте , стерлись - наварили и так до бесконе4ности , сотрутся зубья приходи - ноу проблем и клиенты довольны и работа пожизненnо.. Дешевле уже некуда - понятно 4то жизнь там не сахар - но детали должны быть каленные а не наваренные . пара подъемов по их глиняным дорогам в дождь , загруженным по горло - и всё конец этим зубьям . А за труд - молодцы , кто не работает то не ест .

В принципе, способ наплавки зубьев рабочий, но это будет работать только при грамотной термообработке отремонтированной шестерни. Сначала ее надо было отпустить, потом наварить, потом закалить поверхность ТВЧ. А в данном случае они и металл наплавки сырым оставили, и закалку самой шестерни отпустили

Thats because those guys realised they would get a faster turnaround with a steel punch if softer than the receiving face and if they used common sense in lining up the hammer blows to avoid unwanted contact points..
@@gyrojomo You may be on to something, the hammer and chisel they are using are very beat up looking, they may be a soft metal. I bet they don't have brass tools because all the brass in the whole country has been scrapped.

oops, the teeths need cementation as a high heat treatment with oil. By this way the teeths are not hard enough plus with the heat of the weld, the other teeth lost they hardener.

that looked a little shaky, i wouldn't attempt that with my TIG, much less a stick welder. if you're going to go to that much trouble ( disassemble the gearbox ) then just get a replacement part. i agree, looks like it won't last that long.

These dudes clearly do this kind of work a lot, and they must be successful despite the rudimentary conditions and tooling at their disposal. Good on them for tacking jobs like this, and they do it with such confidence....
Ремонт, каэшн - моё почтение. Срезать цементированный и нормально закаленный слой металла, чтобы нахренакать сваркой и наделать прорезей в шестерне на глазок и поставить обратно. У вас в России полно братьев по разуму, имею сказать.

Их обрезать может, но не факт потому что это не зубья, а кулачки муфты синхронизатора. Видимо передача не включалась.
На следующий день опять наварят, делов то!
