The lower glass panel has what seems to be a star or perhaps a flower design. I've found this to be a feature of most clock models made by Jawaco and other clocks made in Germany. Thanks for looking!

The clock was sold to my grandfather, brand new, in the city of Cali, Colombia. I understand the original Jawaco clock company was located in the Black Forest of Germany.
