Even if the Novus Ordo contrived a new Rite of Exorcism (as you stated), and say for example it was valid, but as with the "Oxford Movement" of the Anglican Church, wishing to rejoin the Roman Catholic Church, in which Father Merry del Val (later Cardinal), under direction of Pope Leo XIII, studied Anglican Church Orders and found that too much time elapsed in the order of succession of validly consecrated Bishops, for their orders to be valid, before they returned to the Old Rite, thus making it impossible to return to the Catholic Church without being reinstructed and validly ordained by a Roman Catholic Bishop.
Vatican II was a disaster and falls in line with the Great Apostasy predicted by Jesus ("And when the Son of Man returns do ye think He will find Faith?")

Not logical, eastern rite priests are not ordained exorcists, and they can also perform exorcisms, eliminating a minor order before receiving the diaconate, do NOT make the diaconate invalid, it is only illicit
