I used to struggle really badly with axienty after I had covid, to where I had a panic attack at work, and being only 15, scared me to death. My hear rate got up to 160 and I was just panicked for two weeks, and I thought I was gonna die. It was pretty scary, and I struggled with living normally and being happy. I relied on my axienty medication to help me,amd I hated relying on a medication. The thing that helped me over come my bad axienty was finding joy in the Lord, and being joyful in life. Whenever I start to feel depressed, I think of how blessed I am, even in an unfortunate situation, still finding God's blessings in my life. This was a very helpful video with axienty, and I hope it reached many struggling people to help them, as it helped me.
Thanks for this book..every chapter’s writing is so deep and easy to understand and makes me think..every question at the end of each chapter really gets me to think and be honest to look inside…the character of God is the answer…thanks!!!!
I would really love to see a video on anxiety caused by trauma, abuse, and other adverse experiences. I think these podcasts have been really good conversations, but I’m curious if you have more to say on anxiety caused by PTSD / C-PTSD instead of anxiety caused by rumination, lack of trust in God, unconfessed sin, etc. A lot of time trauma shows up in the body even if you are trusting the Lord, confessing and running from sin, and asking Him to increase your Faith in Him
Root the foundation of Jesus Christ’s strength in your world policy opinions. Things like education, war, industry prioritization, health care, and government structure. Rooting the truth of His strength in all of your world policy opinions will set an anchor of the Lord in all areas of your walk with Him. For example: War- destroying the nuclear facilities in Iran without a full scale invasion. Declaring war on North Korea before they receive space technology from Russia. These decisions are Godly, and it takes hard work and faith in order to come to the right decisions but when your rooted in the foundation of God in areas that are inherently neutral in morality until you take hold of them for our God. Does this make sense?
God loves justice. He demands justice. He loves strength. He loves independence. This will change your life. I am sorry I didn’t go into great detail. These things add to your relationship with God
I can’t wait for this book to come out. I have it preordered for my Kindle. I am amazed how brilliant Jonny Ardavanis is at 31 years old. This book is so needed today for this generation. So many are affected with anxiety these days and at a younger age. I am in my late 60s and as a child never had to experience the things children deal with today. God bless you Jonny and Costi for this ministry. This book will be a great gift for family members. ❤

I absolutely loved this discussion, I have developed more than a few health problems recently that have caused anxiety that is trying to get the best of me even though I know God is sovereign and uses all this for my good and His glory! This discussion was very helpful!!
This is not a society where we are taught to master ourselves but rather give way to our feelings. When we inhale the spirit of the age we are courting disaster. Feelings are not facts. I married a man I believed was a real Christian and he was not. My life was horrible. Think through what you are doing...you are not going to change her. You will definitely not be glorifying God in this. You will be directly sinning against the clear command of God: "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers." Sin NEVER brings happiness it brings misery. You know better. Get on your knees and beg for help. If you want to glorify God He will help you. Confess this to a reliable brother(s) and ask for help. Don't let yourself be corrupted. Once you are married it's too late. I will be praying for you
we must fight against the flesh and walk in the spirit, this is what we are called to, as Paul also says that he can't wait to get rid of the "tent" this body that is full of lusts and that pulls only for himself towards sins and to put on the new glorified body where everything is in the control of the spirit, at the resurrection we will have glorified bodies, but here we have to fight against the physical
Hi please can someone help explaining how to not fall in love, I’m living around non-Christians and I sadly have feelings for someone. I get sad and feel bad when we’re not talking and I know this is not good, shes nice but she definitely doesn’t feel the same

Love it, this video is so sound in biblical doctrine. We need more preachers preaching from the Scriptures and less from their imagination.
