Is the light on the keyboard blinking, if yes, how many times does it blink?

It is the process or heating up the chip to melt the solder underneath it so that it will restore the connection to the motherboard.

No. Need to reflow the GPU chip
What is reflow means ? I have the same issue I tried to clean the fan and use BIOS still I have the same issue. Any solution?
