Provided you aren't building on or beside Lava - and u use stone, marble or grausten for walls and roofing - you should be golden. The only trouble I ran into was from my fire sources inside, but they're easily contained. Only not using the shield cus I got sick of restocking it and it was ruining my Orthanc aesthetic ect
The moment you're not on passive mode and flying about that lava will start spitting burning rocks all over the place and it'll get destroyed though....
Wondering how to avoid the barrier. flametal beams protecting the lava blows from below +grausten roofing
All builds in ashlands require shield generator...unless using mods

@@zulug4207 Use the command "env Clear" and the weather will be without meteorites and Mordor) .. for solo fun of couse

@@zulug4207 does it block lava spawns to the edge of the shield range?
@Veklim roamers definitely still attack... but nothing spawns
How high above the lava do you have to get before the blocks you are supporting won't take damage?
@Mad5cout this build requires shield generator but I want to say 3 blocks up from lava
