I mean it's not like Tyson and Kai had the same situation about enemies becoming friends. Not to mention Leon never expected the outlaw to be Covey who is very comical and Beyblade has always this thing about public humiliation with them inspiring move like animations like what you pointed out with the after imagine, metal had that too like *Cosmic Pegasus' big bang tornado.*
