Buy a welder and just start practicing at home, it's not hard just takes alot of seat time for most people starting off we suck, But there is those few who pretty just pick it up off the back, More then likely your welds will look like shit for a while, just keep going you'll see improvement as you keep on going. Watching a bunch of videos helps you get the concept, but once you're doing it, the videos don't really help you with the hands on part of it, you just gotta get to it and start practicing.
