Bessie finding out she won is one of the most adorable things I've seen in a long while. She's all around adorable. Audrey is a beauty! 😍... A shame she forgot to prepare. LOL 😂 😆 🤣
I don't like them personally but i find it weird when people say ewww to other people's food or say keep that in Zimbabwe. Same people have no problem eating snails and frogs legs simply because they are from THAT region
@tracyndlovu9717 Well Iam a person that said ewwww and I don’t eat anything you mentioned and have been vegetarian for 42 years and saw ewww you everything in the list you mentioned. Eating bugs is very very odd in America culture in general
Is this Ikolo? We roast them with salt and pepper in Delta State of Nigeria. The best part is the burst of tasty fat infused with pepper when you bite into the toasted grub while hot. Yum
might she have meant "none?" as in a 0? Or did she maybe think higher numbers went with worse food? Idk, just thinking out loud because it confused me as well.
@@rain_x5535 just commented because to me " a Caribbean" is what I hear foreigners who dont know better saying - I hear yuh in trying to cater to others understanding you, but maybe saying " Respectfully, someone from the Caribbean" would have made others understand without having to default to the ignorant foreigner term... I also endorse speaking clearly in one's native accent when speaking to foreigners, as opposed to trying to speak like the foreigner for them to understand. Just cultural integrity or someting nah. @@trinievilkitty Why is saying that someone is "a Caribbean" is ignorant foreigner term? I tried to google and found nothing about this so I don't understand why it's different than saying "someone from the Caribbean".
@@ajajaa_4377 people from the Caribbean simply don't say that dear. It sounds weird. Saying " I'm from the Caribbean, that makes me A Caribbean" is as weird as saying " I'm from the United States, that makes me A united States" 🥴💀 lol. Hope you understand. 🙏🏾
The lady who won did well but i like mine the way Gertrude made them. No sauce and very crispy cause they go down so much better. This is legit an amazing snack if you want as well. Mopane worms to the world!!!!
How is that crazy. Americans eat abused cows up for slaughter, and veal which is a young cow ripped from its mother at birth and force-fed to gain fat. Oh but burgers and Mcdonalds are delicious 🙄
1:07 She insisted on eating the other contestants 😂 where’s the apostrophe to indicate she’s perhaps lazy but not a cannibal? 😅
Ikr! I couldn’t stop thinking about her actually eating the ppl
1:07
Audrey! How could you? You had one job! 😂😂
The audacity kkkkkk
I loved that lady reaction to winning…so sweet

Bessie looks like the infamous meme lady that won the lottery and Walk away from the press conference lol
🤣😂
I need more of these “people try other people food” videos!!!!
There’s tons
I don't like them personally but i find it weird when people say ewww to other people's food or say keep that in Zimbabwe. Same people have no problem eating snails and frogs legs simply because they are from THAT region
Exactly this. Also, it doesn’t take much to be respectful.
Well I don’t eat any of that period.
Or blood pudding (haggis), steak & kidney pie, oxtail, sausages or eels 👀 😂
I always say don't yuck, someone else's yum

2:11 “You didn’t bring any?” 😂
Why did she say she cant eat them and then proceed to give her a 9???
😂I was shocked too
She was like I cant even swallow them 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Because she’s retarded
Is this Ikolo? We roast them with salt and pepper in Delta State of Nigeria. The best part is the burst of tasty fat infused with pepper when you bite into the toasted grub while hot. Yum
Exactly!
Though I think ours is juicier
Probably not as these aren’t fatty at all. You’d have to add some fat to them.
Disgusting
😂You find it difficult to swallow but you give it a 9?😂Fr

Can’t believe they’re eating catato (that’s how we call it in Angola)
So why did Audrey show up😂😂 for. Free mopane meal 😂lol
This is interesting because in Guyana, folks eat the Tacoma worm found in the heart of the ite palm tree.
Ooh she said the key word BACON ❤
wasnt expecting caterpillar but regardless these women were so nice
Nostalgia 😢
Erm what is that?? No shade but I wasn’t expecting to see edible crispy caterpillar🐛
I was shocked 😅
Well expect the unexpected. Total delicacy in Africa.
In Congo 🇨🇩 we call it mbinzo 😊
My headjoint for my piccolo is made out of mopane. I never knew these worms com from this tree
I’m sorry but I can’t 😂😂😂 they would be able to survive the apocalypse.
caterpillar ???
I was so excited to click on this!!!
Are there benefits of eating these? Never seen these before. Respectfully a Caribbean🙏🏽
Ive never heard anyone from the Caribbean refer to themselves as " A Caribbean" lol ( I'm from the Caribbean btw🌚 🇹🇹 )
@@trinievilkitty West Indian then. We have to use terms for those who dont know. Im a proud St Lucian thanks💁🏽♀️

You could’ve just used her to be an equalizer for results like an extra judge
Pass !!
It's like biting into crispy bacon?!? Salt those babies up!!!

Mopane worms to the world!!!!
cool! in congo (DRC) mopane is called mbinzo!
My son sent me here ❤❤❤
I personally wouldn’t dare to try it but we shouldn’t judge other culture’s foods.
That’s how some Zimbabweans feel about trying prawns. I ate both and these worms are nicer.
How cute is Audrey?
Why are some so light in colour😂😂😂. I used to like these but I'm now allergic. 🇿🇦
Audrey did make the dish, but living mopane worms took it away 😔
Not trying to be a jersey but why are they using forks?
they should use grub grabbers
lol I Stan Bessie ❤
ndimika munoti madora madiki ayo ka mahombe
They should've used her scores. It would've made it fair to have someone who food isn't in the competition
Welp you know how I feel as a vegan nature lover and butterfly lover 😅
First time i see them doing something different
This made me hungry 🤤 I love Mopane worms 🐛
Saron from Namibia 🇳🇦
I'd have to take a hard pass on this meal😂 sorry no bugs for me
worms??
Caterpillars
Toads@@guccigucci456
None of them look like what I am used to seeing. Used to seeing them cooked with tomatoes or peanut butter
The lies people tell themselves just to eat something that they're shouldn't be eating
i'm sorry what?!
I keep mopane moths as pets beautiful insects so i had to cick off this video
Eh?......
*Gross*
They are a health source of protein.
Bugs!? Ummm🤔
NO!
oh it's the worm and not the plant 🤢🤢🤢🤢, i will remain vegan thanks
Okay. Good for you lol
@@guccigucci456 lol
Somebody offered you something?
It’s literally called Mopane Worm 🤷🏿♂️
@ishmaellion6721 I looked it up and also saw the mopane tree which the worm lives on,I just wanted clarity and the title doesn't mention the worm
ew... but ima watch it😂
Just ewwwww
Nah wth .. no offense to their culture but eating a bug for a delicacy is really crazy to me
White ppl eat crawfish that’s a whole fkn bug

🤮 cute video… but you’ll can keep that in Zimbabwe
