@Gwen916 Thank you for sharing such an encouraging message. Living with fibromyalgia for over 30 years shows incredible resilience, and it’s inspiring to hear you reach out to others who may be struggling with the same condition. Chronic pain can be isolating, but knowing that others understand and have found strength through it can provide a lot of comfort. Your words will definitely resonate with those who need to hear that they are not alone and are stronger than they realize. Stay strong, and keep inspiring! 💪💜

I have had fibromyalgia for a decade. I am now on LDN and it has reduced my pain. I’m not cured but improved.

@Adalinedaydreams I'm really glad to hear that LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone) has helped reduce your pain after such a long time with fibromyalgia. While it may not be a cure, any improvement in quality of life is a significant step forward. It’s encouraging to see how people are finding different treatments that work for them, even when dealing with chronic conditions like fibromyalgia. Hopefully, the progress continues and you can find even more ways to manage symptoms.

Thank you, I was about to ask what LDN was, and you explained it. I’m glad it’s helped you I might try that too, I’ve tried many other drugs that have had awful side effect. I’m on Tramadol it helps, but nothing really takes the pain away, it takes the edge off. Thanks again I enjoyed this video. 😊

Iwas seeing an osteopathic doctor for 4 years until it wasn't covered

@rhondawoodard4144 It's unfortunate when healthcare coverage changes, especially after you've built a relationship with a doctor who understands your needs. Osteopathic care can be really effective, especially for musculoskeletal issues, as osteopathic doctors focus on the body's structure and how it affects overall health. If you're no longer able to see your osteopath, you might want to explore alternative options like finding another doctor, looking into different insurance plans, or seeking out physical therapists or chiropractors who may provide similar treatments. It's important to continue focusing on your health, and there are usually other avenues to explore!
