First you are the goat... question what is your take on a male athlete changing his weight class if he’s around 20% body and finding it harder to cut into his weight class example 105 training at 242lbs
Can you gain strength while maintaining your body weight? If so how? Also, while doing that as you gain strength would the body undergo some sort of recomp?
What would be your advice to a beginner/intermediate lifter who does not have a coach? How should they program their own split? (W/ the use of heavy singles and back down sets on specific days? I am also interested in the 6 days per week program)
As someone who incorporates a lot of singles the entire split, how are u you managing the loads for the other sets? or is it unaffected since its 1 rep at RPE6 im assumming

Man, numbering the day based on priority is so much more intuitive than say calling it light/heavy day. Great tip.
