Currently taking Microeconomics and Accounting I at the same time. I feel your pain. I dropped Trig this semester cause of overload. The key is to retain as much as possible with each phase of repetition. Find an online resource with practice problems that show your answer. Another fantastic resource is MathWay (don't use it to cheat plz) which allows you to see a step-by-step guide on how to do each part of the thought process behind any equation you scan into it. Scan a problem, see the answer, see the steps it took to get that answer. Build yourself a sequence from the ground up and I promise you'll be able to retain the info. Retention has been my biggest struggle this semester, but it gets easier with repetition (and sometimes restarting from the ground up so that you have a more solid foundation to build on new things). Accounting charts can have hundreds of entries in a ledger, as well as the statement of cash flows, the income statement, the statement of owner's equity, the balance sheet, the unadjusted trial balance, the adjusted balance, etc., but if you know the principles and the formatting, you can handle the skeleton of any problem thrown at ya. Gotta know where expenses and revenues go, gotta know how to chart them according to GAAP, but moreso than anything, it all breaks down to the Accounting Equation (aka, lesson one). Assets + Liabilities = Owner's Equity That little addition problem is also transitive, so you can find out your assets by _subtracting_ liabilities from OE (since it swaps sides of the equal sign as positive, it becomes negative). Sign rules and principles of mathematics are the same as knowing which things are classified as debits and which are classified as credits. From there, you can know how transactions affect multiple accounts, you can formulate the ending balance, you can add adjusting entries on-the-fly and total out a substantial amount of information based on principles and guidelines. It's all a huge sequence. Trust me, when you're at your lowest points of doubts and think you can't do it... Just take a moment to rethink your sequences and to refresh on the basics. That's more often than not the best course of action. I wish you the best of luck in your studies. All that being said... the filmmaking has clearly improved so much, the editing, the cinematography. a movie that is inspired by movies like Rocky Horror Picture Show, Phantom of the Paradise and movies similar to that would be so perfect
