- Football Manager 2024 is a game that will neither surprise nor disappoint you. As has been the case for a number of consecutive instalments, this year’s entry in Sports Interactive’s admirably consistent franchise continues to build on a solid framework by making a number of smaller, granular improvements, and though these changes don’t seem like significant ones in isolation, they do come together in offering a meaningful upgrade that become increasingly clearer as you spend more time with the game.
From transfers to player interactions to the match engine and more, Football Manager 2024 finetunes a number of areas in some clever ways, and the end result is yet another instalment that once can easily sink an unhealthy amount of hours into. - เกม

You'd think that they'd have accurate results and group postions for the European Championship qualifiers whenever you start a career. It's a big annoyance, as i always felt Football Manager games prided itself on realism and accuracy within the game. How hard could it be to give accurate group standings and results from the Euro qualifiers for when you start a career within a major European League (England, Italy, Germany, France etc..)?
I am playing with FM 2023 and honestly I can not see any changes in this video. It is really like FM2023.
If it will be available with min 60% discount, maybe I will think about to buy this, but for sure not for full price...
I am very courious when will they come aout with a version which will contain real improvements.

Played three seasons in Polish lower leagues. Decided to give it a go and loaded my save to FM2024. Maybe it's just me but Love the improvements!
The gameplay is just better in this version of the game. Graphics improved, animation is a lot better. The whole match engine feels more real, interactions with players are more dynamic. Set pieces finally feel as they should! 8/10. Solid improvement. If you love the game and have the money - upgrade. Worth it!
might be a dumb question, kolega, but can i load a fm23 save into fm24?

based on the review it seems 8 is too generous! seems like solid 6-7 which is still good for hardly any improvement over the previous installment

I'm still playing FM16 xD Have bought each FM since then but they never stick. I'm still waiting for the one that hooks me like 16 did and takes me away from it and on to the new!

This game seems very difficult to play. There's a million things to manage. Looks like something for footy die hards only
It really isnt. You can delegate to your staff all things you dont want to deal with, download a premade tactic and you can focus only on squad building if you want.

Try playing few seasons in fm 2023, then take this save to fm2024 - you will see stark difference.
FM24 is far too difficult and unrealistic. I'm playing as Man City having invested close to 1 billion pounds in the squad. Every position I have the best players in the world and I'm on a seven match losing streak against the likes of fulham and notts forest..............
Worst version of FM of all time - the Match Engine is by far the most immersion breaking and I enjoyable to watch. Despite the advertised “new ball physics and animations” none of them are really evident in the final build and the game feels more robotic than ever.
For me my experience is largely down to the Matchday experience and this has single handedly deemed it a complete waste of money for me. Haven’t completed more than one season. Usually I’d be at least 5-6 seasons in by now.
Please don’t tell me the match engine is that fast?if so very unrealistic. What’s the best fm for match engine for realism?
Playing with higher playback speed I'm sure
You can adjust the speed at will but with how long football manager takes many put it at higher speed.
A game can be over in 5 minutes or you can spend 2 hours in a single match if you wanted to.
Sad they destroyed the 24 version with that new sh!tty gameplay, plz redo it and make it original again This is literally waste of money 🤢
The only gripe I have with this game is the false advertising. I thought this was a football game and it turns out its soccer. Why not be upfront and honest? If its a good game you shouldn’t have to lie to get people to download it 🤦
Most of the world call the sport football, have some awareness it is not lying just cultural norms. I respect American football a lot it is a great sport.
