this doesnt make sense. you need lugia to progress the story after u beat the 7th gym. you do not have access to waterfall at this time, only dive. so how does it make sense that you need waterfall to get lugia, but you cant get waterfall until you catch lugia.
You don’t need waterfall, only dive.
Unless you meant after the story, when you catch Lugia. You don’t actually catch it when you have to stop Ho oh, just find it

Well in emerald you need the mech bike to catch Rayquaza but not to find it to stop kyogre and groundon ☕

@@chr155 descobri mano, no TH-cam não tem ngm q explica, tive q ir no arquivo do jogo e vi q, quem segura n-solarizer e o n-lunarizer são pokémons que você ganha com aqueles gift codes, o que vem o solarizer é o marshadow.

Bro I just stumbled upon one of the Legendary dogs, Raikou, randomly at Route 29 and I did manage to catch it before it fled and I was still at my level 30s . Does this ruin the plot of the game? Or was I meant to catch it eventually because it keeps on appearing as this mysterious pokemon you keep encountering while walking around johto. I hope it does not lead me to some sort of cut scene about it cause its kinda funny if I got two of them. Plss reply
what happens if you don't catch it? will it appear again? or is it gone forever?
@JacksonWoodhouse-d6i I believe its permanently gone if you catch it and released it. But if it fled, it will still appear but the rare encounter is very low. Although there might be specific areas you will have to look through the grass a couple of times like most pokegames in johto
