The funniest part is that Mark, being 1% human, has an adrenal response to anger, meaning that he’s possibly the first Viltrumite in history who actually DOES get stronger when he’s angry 😂

Rage kickstarts Adrenaline . Adrenaline temporarily makes you stronger and brush off blows & injuries you would normally flinch from. I don't know what conquest is thinking.

Oliver invincibles younger brother took his races Perfect Memory when he was born and grew up. The animation of the show isn't that good. Would be great if Ufotable or Madhouse animated the fight, but unfortunately we got middle-of-the-road Western animation so I'm pretty sure the comic is going to have the show's version beat regardless.

Well yeah. He gets his ass kicked all the time and even got beat to near death by his dad. That's probably why he surpasses Omni-man at a much younger age. He's fought practically nothing but enemies stronger than him, while most Viltrumites fight weaker.

It was stated by Nolan that he's a nearly full blooded Viltrumite, now it wouldn't be 50% as he also stated that Viltrumite DNA is too pure. So we could safely assume that it could be around 95-98% That being said, that 5-2% of human DNA, the adrenal response to anger, could infact make him stronger than any Viltrumite.

The fact she knew she had no chance against Omni Man - let alone Conquest - shows just how much Eve loves Mark.
She showed up, ready to die to protect him.
Fr. she knew she wouldn’t be able to actually do any damage to him but she was willing to jump in if it meant she could do anything to protect Mark.

Something I don’t understand. If Eve can manipulate matter at a molecular level, can’t she just turn a viltrumite into a human? As long as someone else can buy her time, seems like she’d be able to defeat anyone.
Haven't read the comics but apparently she has a mental block that prevents her from doing things like this since she'd practically be untouchable, but when she's in a near death state that mental block gets removed temporarily hence why we see her fine again at the end since she most likely healed herself by manipulating her own atoms.

Mark will probably Rival Thragg by the time he is Nolans age. He has fought way more powerful and experienced Viltrumites than him at such a young age and survived them. And he seems to be a quick learner. Most Viltrumites seem to fight against weaker opponents, Mark has fought nothing but stronger.

@@MKIS_33 Nah it's not possible, a lot has to happen before Conquest arrive on earth..the big guy might show up maybe in the middle of season 3 or at the end of it. Season 3 could end at a cliff hanger, where we see Conquest show up before Mark just like he did in this video and then the screen fades to black with credits rolling.😅

Sometimes I forget just how epic his first battle with Conquest was. I love how Invincible was never physically Invincible but he definitely embodied the concept he was going for

She got her powers from the government testing on her as a child, and they knew they couldn't make her too overpowered in case she became a villian, so they installed a mental block in her brain so that she can't use her powers to change the atoms of living things unless she is about to die, then the mental block is temporarily removed and she can use her powers to heal herself from death.

I do not understand how the strength-to-durability ratio in this splattery mess works at all. Old dude can casually snap youngster's leg with the edge of his hand but young'n can headbutt his skull into soup.

Theyre much more strong than they are durable, although they're extremely durable by human standards, other vultramites can kill other vultramites relatively easy. Excluding Thragg, because he's literally built different.

When this gets animated, non-comic readers are gonna get their freaking socks blown off. And the series only gets crazier from here too. It really is the 'greatest superhero comic book in the universe' as the tagline says!

I love how raw and desperate this fight feels; it's not just punch, kick, punch, kick. It's hard to tell who's actually going to come out on top. Conquest is no doubt stronger, but that pure adrenaline that Mark was running on was too much for him to handle. I mean, when a guy bites a chunk of flesh out of you, it's time to throw in the towel.

That’s what makes this series so good. The way they tackle superhero fights is phenomenal, as they add this rawness and desperation you’re describing while still keeping that same superhero flair we all know and love.
First Battle: Has his own bones broken while literally bashing in Conquest’s brain.
Second Battle: Choke the shit out of Conquest even after getting impaled and his intestines ripped out, crash-landing into the ground.
Hulk and Eren Yeager: “We can be friends”
In the second battle it's not that noticable but the first couple of gut punches conquest throws at mark actually damages him so much his ribs are sticking out of his back

Yeah, one thing that's overlooked in Invincible is that Eve is effectively a cross between Dr. Manhattan and Scarlet Witch. She's arguably the most powerful being in the series. She's immortal and a reality warper. She didn't know it at this point but she could've ripped this dude apart at the molecular level with a thought.

Too early Kon el level super boys fighting yeah this would be a fairly realistic depiction of them killing each other. I love how this first fight between the two of them in despite the fact that at the end of it they were trying their best to kill each other.
Also it seems the conquest knows nothing about human adrenaline which Mark definitely got from his mother

Then, there is PIS. The old guy keeps gloating and levitating instead of finishing the job. If it was true to his character, he'd be absolutly relentless and keep delomishing him till there was nothing left as is his purpose. Of COURSE he didn't stay true to his character, dude was having a BLAST. It was OBVIOUS he enjoyed the thrill of the fight more than actually doing his job, and its obvious he completely underestimated Invincible from the gate. Nothing Invincible did or said was going to impress him.
Another interesting tidbit, when he said you cant get mad and me and get stronger, he was wrong. Because thats a VERY human trait we possess called ADRENALINE. It was obvious he had no idea about it and the wonders it could do in a fight to the death.
There are so many small intricacies you're just flat out ignoring.
But you're lying to yourself if you think the writers didn't ground this fight as much as they could in the realm of reality as they could. They did a damn job of making that outcome as close to home as it could have been with the insane feats those two could accomplish.
This show is gonna be massive once the animations are completed
It also took me by surprise how different the fight as i imagined in my head.
The fight did not romanticize cool bro fist fights, Mark fought like a savage with only wanting to come out on top by biting and using every part of his body as a weapon sacrificing his self.
Mark doing absolutely anything and everything to beat conquest amazes me in every way even after he gets his leg and arm broken he resorts to biting the hell out of him and then getting his hand crushed and starts using his head just makes me love his character so much his will is literally invincible
They CANT change this in the show when it gets animated. It’s just so perfect

I really cant wait for this fight in the animated series. Both fights with Conquest are some of the most badass moments I've seen in the comics. I didnt even originally notice Mark broke his arm shattering Conquest's.

Considering that viltrumites get stronger with age, (like asgardians) this is extremely impressive for mark. Maybe half blood viltrumites are like half blood saiyans?
I think mark for being part human he has the adrenaline when he is in danger or very angry like here so he break his limits for a moment like in an anime
Viltrumite dna is simillar to humans, so he is basically a pure viltrumite( and mark has the royal viltrumite dna). Plus Conquest is weaker than he should be bcs he was exposed to a virus that can kill or weaken viltrumites. If it wasn't that virus, he woud be the strongest Viltrumite alive.

So I mean the fight likely would’ve played out how it did considering they become practical gods with sun energy
Mark getting stronger through anger gives him the advantage but in reality he might just be the strongest. His ability to compete under the age of 30 against 100+ year old viltrumites is incredible. People always argue thragg is stronger than prime Mark but I just don't see it possible
Also remember he is nearly pure blooded Viltrumite, thats means at least he is 5% human, humans produce adrenaline when we are in danger, in fear or dying, adrenaline make us stronger and inmune to pain, so actually Mark getting mad actually make him stronger, Viltrumites doesnt have adrenaline cuz they dont need survival instinc

now this was a fight to the end, perfect ending ,mark got his revenge and lived to be by his woman's side. What makes him incredibly is his desire to save others,he cares about people and other species. He fights the good fight, he isnt corrupted by his power

I may be remembering things wrong, but if memory serves, viltrumites (invincible and conquests species) don’t naturally possess adrenaline, and mark only has adrenaline because of his human genes, so the idea of an opponent getting stronger as they get mad is literally a foreign concept to them.
Guess full blood Viltrumites don’t get that adrenaline rush. Mark may only be about 1% human but he still has it

Seeing Conquest punch the crap out of that woman is giving me Vegeta flashbacks.
And seeing Invincible beating the life out of Conquest reminded me of Vegeta dominating against Goku Black for his pride and especially Future Bulma
You completely NAILED IT with the music my dude. The beginning music for the clash of Invincible and Conquest had just the right amount of urgency and panic. The sorrow of eve being killed felt by mark, then the ominous music of her resurrection. Marks welling anger then the epic crescendo of him being the brakes off of Conquest. Then with the perfect ending of the peace and love of them reunited. **Standing Ovation**
I think it’s a really cool parallel that he ends up with his face bashed in just like mark was when he fought his dad. It’s like the roles have switched and you see how powerful he’s truly become.
I would say conquest looked worse, Marks face was still intact just extremely damaged in the end of the omniman fight, conquest face was caved in, i dont even know how he survived
Now that the Invincible show has proven itself to be a great adaptation, I am super hyped for this scene.
You've gotta think that headbutting a Viltrumite until their head is jelly would hurt way worse than a normal human. All those sharp, Viltrum bones that Mark plunged his face into must've felt like smashing your head into jagged rocks, he sure is brutal.
Well I’d imagine vital areas of a viltrimites are more durable the the others so their skulls are probably pretty similar in durability so it would be more like a human smashing another humans head just slightly more durable in the sense for viltrimites

In all of my years of viewing media, whether it is in manga, comics, animes, cartoons and movies, this fight is the most insane rage-fueled bloodiest fight I have ever seen, this fight is the peak of Invincible story. I know Thragg is tougher but Conquest brought along with him a far more sinister amount of panic.
Mark is such a goddamn badass and he earns the true medal of protagonist

Dude, you just don't get the concept. He is so young and still can give a Conquest, Omniman and Thragg a good fight. He has a big potential, just he is too young. They become stronger with the ages. He is naturally gifted, just need a years of experience and training to reach his full potential. He gets beaten yes, but he give a good fight everytime. He is just and kid, and still what he is capable of doing, now imagine what he will be capable of after 100 years, after 500 years or ofter 1000 years. The kid is a prodigy with so much potential.

As cool as the fight is going to be animated seeing the animation eve is going to have when being revived is going to be so beautiful. Especially with all the pink energy rendered in 4K. The show is so well animated at parts.

When I first read this and saw Conquest survive Eve blasting off most of his skin I practically screamed "HOW DO YOU KILL THIS GUY?!"
