Personally, I'd be concerned buying a preloved picotin or any floppy bag because I would worry that it wouldn't be packaged in a way that maintains the shape and integrity of the bag but as it isn't technically "not as described", I'd have no grounds for complaint. If you do order a slightly damaged bag, just be sure the interior is OK as that cannot be "spa"ed by Hermès and ask feel free ask the seller how the bag with be packaged to get confirmation that the bag will adequately stuffed if the style is susceptible to being irreparably crushed in transit. And ALWAYS check the terms and conditions for their returns policy, sometimes it says one thing under "returns and exchanges" but the official T&Cs go into more detail for each country. If in doubt, screenshot as you go so they can't update the website to make it looklike they've been honest when they haven't after you file a complaint. If you think you've been scammed, reach out to your bank as well as the seller. Be safe out there, my loves 💕

I have similar concerns. You can see sagging on many of them. I am concerned they could be stuffed so tightly you can’t see the true condition in pix.
I really appreciate your calm and truthful approach to the items you discuss. Unlike some TH-camrs, not everything is wonderful and you will point out what works and what doesn't. You have a great deal of knowledge about Hermes. I would like to see some videos on which bags are being offered in which leathers and colors in the upcoming seasons.

Very informative and helpful video. I like a bigger bag and was able to get a Bolide 35 for more than half the regular price preloved. Maybe one day I’ll get to the point where I can build a relationship with Hermes but right now, I’m pleased with the preloved.

I’ve been trying to get a black jypserie for ages. I had a gold one but don’t like gold with PHw has to be gold with gold. I think has a blue. Hated the colour lol. Finally found a black jypserie. So glad I found it before the small one launches as I was less than half retail. It’s one bag for sure you buy preloved.

I personally feel you don't try to steer us to 'have to want this or your are missing out' ......Also, would like to know your thoughts on b25. I love Kelly's! Yet found I love the B30's too. B25 is darling and can hold a lot, yet honestly felt impractical for everyday use.
