Great info. My wife has told me that she was first attracted to my style and my confidence. We were out with mutual friends and later in the night, we all went to a 24-hour diner. We were having great fun and really connecting. So I took a big risk, I just opened my flip phone (yes this was some years ago) set it to add new contact, and handed it to her with a big smile. I did it lightheartedly but with the confidence of Patton. She grabbed the phone and put her name and number in and handed it back to me with a big sexy smile. I remember thinking "damn that actually worked!" We now have four kids and are best friends. :D

Someone needs to make this video for women over 40!

  • @lamentate07
    @lamentate07 ปีที่แล้ว +9

The style/dress thing is HUGE, and most men don't realise it. Younger women don't care as much, but for older women, especially 35+, it really matters.
Last year I decided to upgrade my wardrobe and bought some nicer coats, jackets, jumpers, shoes etc, and I noticed a difference in how women responded to me, including ones in my immediate social circle.
It really does make a difference, and older men who want to date should take their general overall appearance more seriously when trying to meet women.

    • @BG-sq7zf

      1st Take:
"My advice to women is date all of them: the bad boys, the cool boys, the commitment-phobic boys, the crazy boys. But do not marry them. The things that make the bad boys sexy do not make them good husbands. When it comes time to settle down, find someone who wants an equal partner. Someone who thinks women should be smart, opinionated and ambitious. Someone who values fairness and expects or, even better, wants to do his share in the home. These men exist and, trust me, over time, nothing is sexier."
      Yours sincerely,
Sheryl Sandberg, chief operating officer of Facebook
      2nd Take:
“My music is always going to make a woman feel like a bad bitch. When you make a woman feel like she’s the baddest bitch in the room, to me, that’s female empowerment.”
      Decently yours,
      Cardi B.
      My Humble Take:
What most simps, feminist fe/males, white-knights, betas and conservative guys fail to realize: bad boys provide excitement, novelty, unpredictability and fun (fear, roller-coaster drama) to a new level. In other words, stability and commitment (no longer) won't cut it for today's 🦄. Why is that? Before she was your girlfriend, wife or lover, she already had been "run through" so many guys. And each time she slept with someone (both wo/men), she lost a part of her psyche, well-being or mind/soul/spirit. In other words, she is no longer able to have emotional attachment in a healthy or committed way.

I’m 37 years old now almost 38 this October and I’m already gearing up to be 40 years old in 2024 and I want to attend my High School’s 20th Anniversary in April or May 2024. I’ve become a self -starter small business owner and I’ve got a growing list of business operations on my business plan that I’m going to gear up for when I turn 38, 39 and 40. I’ve been making a network of business contacts with the SBDC and SCORE and the trucking logistics industries. I’m going to soon be a fleet owner and a owner operator later this spring once I secure the business credit funding. I’ve been studying for my CDL Permit to get my Class A CDL so I can have a financial security in the trucking business and the export shipping management business. What I found has helped me is to make the new thing my top priority for the month.
I'm an early riser but not a consistent enough exerciser so I made exercising one of the first things I do in the morning.
Try doing that for 30 days straight and see if you don't find yourself setting aside time to do it bc you've habituated yourself to the goal of ?

Good video as always. I'd recommend a second one, if not already done. As a 51YO single father in the dating scene, I can attest that these are important to know. Men have to have their stuff together and then look for compatibility items.

Again I want to thank you for mentioning how important it is to get help for your mental health . As a mental health professional it is important for the stigma of getting help be challenged. Especially with men in our age bracket. Please reach out to a professional if you need it. You gave a good resource. Thank you

Famous Henny Youngman joke. " Hey doc you think I'm crazy" .
If a person is broken good luck you can't fix them. It's their choice.
Oh buy the way to finish the gag.
      Doc stays yup your crazy.
Patient says I need a second opinion doc replies your ugly too.
      works every time.

Good points. Would love a part 2 including the best methods to communicate with women over 40. Too much texting today.

Great video! It hit home, and it hurt... I'm disabled, just turned 59, don't own a car, and am trying to repurpose my life after many years away from my career. At this point in my life I don't see myself ever dating again...

James many women would understand but the beginning point is up to you-the short term/ long term of a relationship.
It can start out whenever you know which you want.

James I dont know your handicap but one of my first jobs was working at a rehab unit of Tufts NE Medical Center, Boston. We got mostly males for long term rehab. Paraplegics and quads. The unde r 30s were sports injuries, diving off bridges etc, motorcycle accidents. 30s to 50s were often falls all these were spinal injuries. There are today many therapies to help even quads...I see in your photo you are standing....not sure why you mentioned your disability or what it is. If you are in an urban area there are likely available licensed trained surrogates who can help you....check for sex therapists they may be able to help and often use sex surrogates to do rehab...you are a young good looking man I see in your photo....you most certainly CAN date.

Don't worry James your not missing out on today's liberal feminism. Unless you're a top 10 percent man they will chew you up and spit you out.No joke!

Really excellent video today John! This is a dimension you offer that goes further into what it is to be a man above the age of 40 than most TH-cam channels! Definitely think this deserves a part 2.
