As the gang was entering the city the Morgan, Dani, and Sam were all saying it is beautiful and they should live there. They will find out soon how wrong they were XD
Most of the higher-ups in the Axis cult can actually recognize Aqua on sight. (And it doesn't hurt that ever since arriving here she's been spiritually begging all her followers to please send money or alcohol to the town of Axel.) The problem is that a core principle of Aqua's doctrine is to focus on doing whatever you want, so they don't really care all that much about their goddess's misfortune. ...I really wish the camera had let us follow Megumin's reactions upon revisiting Arcanletia. The place wasn't quite this bad the last time she passed this way, and she is not merely an observer in this affair.
One thing to notice is despite all of Kazuma's scummy behavior he didnt take any of the rewards from the merchant caravan when offered........like with his lecherous behavior he is tries to play the role of a scum but he isnt actually that bad when it gets down to it
He's a teenage boy with raging hormones, what do you expect? As long as he don't go overboard, just let him get his ass kicked by girls his age and he'll get over this phase.
Remeber that in the first or second episode, someone from eri's cult was so kind with aqua, so we can say at least that Axis cult is full of crazy people jaja
